The 2005 Annual General Meeting and Conferenceis being held in Vancouver, BC at the beautifulWestin Bayshore Resort & Marina (Vancouver'sonly resort hotel). The Westin Bayshore is only 5minutes from the heart of downtown, shoppingcentres and restaurants. A complimentary shuttledeparts every 30 minutes. It is approximately a 30minute drive from Vancouver International Airport.

Early Registration - Prior to June 15Your registration fee of $925 for members and$1,100 for non-members includes:

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the conference. The cancellation policy isas follows:Written notice received on or before July 29/05 -25% penalty.

Written notice received before August 13/05 - 50% penalty.

After August 13/05 – No refund.

CFLA reserves the right to cancel this conference due to insufficient registrations and will beresponsible for refunding the registration fees only.
