Company Overview▪ A profitable, fast-growing online travel agency (“MCR” or the “Company”) founded in 2011 with a
predominant focus on car rentals and hotels and the underpenetrated Latin American market is seeking to sell the
entire Company consisting of:
− 46 websites with more than 711,633 visitors in 2017 (growth of 45.5% over 489,208 visitors in 2016);
− Over 150,000 landing pages with individually tailored copyright per page targeting Spanish, Portuguese,
and English-speaking audiences across 50 cities and/or countries in LATAM, U.S. and Europe;
− Goodwill generated in the marketplace since 2011 with top brand awareness in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil
and Venezuela and top producer rankings in the region for Hertz and Alamo;
− Infrastructure of 50 employees spread across Web Development, Accounting, Marketing, and Customer
Service & Administration;
− Contracts with most of the major global car rental companies all renewed prior to sale for up to 3
years and access to database of 120,000 hotel chains and independent hotels worldwide;
− New Software Licensing Division named Energizee Technologies, LLC that has obtained two contracts,
one for $600,000 at the end of 2017 and a second in February 2018 to provide tech and maintain web
platforms for all of Dollar/Thrifty’s business in LATAM, the Caribbean and Mexico (potentially $30-
50k of monthly EBITDA with upside potential) – Substantial scalable pipeline in the works for this business; and
− Additional proprietary technology, marketing expertise and assets
▪ The Company had calendar year 2017 Total Revenue of $8.0 Million representing Year-over-Year Growth of
+91.2% over 2016 with EBITDA of $1.4 million (margin of 17.3%)
− Projected to reach Total Revenue of over $12.2 Million in 2018 (growth of +52.7%) with EBITDA of
