Gary Monaghan – President & CEOMr. Monaghan has private, public and over 30 years of senior management experience.He worked extensively in the communications industry working for companies asRegional Marketing Director for the BC Interior for Shaw Communications, MarketingManager for Rogers Communications Calgary, President for MDU Communications,President and CEO of Ultimate Viewer Multimedia and President and CEO of 3One MediaCorp.

He was the President and founder of MDU Communications International, Inc. (OTC:BBMDTV) from September 1998 to May 2001. MDU Communications became the largestcompetitive threat in Canada to cable television providers with over 290 employees and350,000 multi-unit apartments under access agreements. Mr. Monaghan negotiated thesale of the Canadian Operations to Shaw Direct for $10 Million CDN in 2001.

Mr. Monaghan developed a software product through Ultimate Viewer, raising seedfunding of 1 Million in the private company and then sold the company to 3One MediaCorp where an additional 4 Million was raised for a Broadband over Powerline initiative.

In 2011, Mr. Monaghan negotiated the sale of UC Resources Ltd, McFaulds - ChromiteArea to Cliff ’s Natural Resources for 6 Million CDN.

Franzi Tschurtschenthaler, P.Eng. – CTO.Mr. Tschurtschenthaler started as an engineering consultant in June 2003 and hasheld various engineering positions in the past 9 years including R&D engineer, designengineer, and manager of engineering. He has been involved in numerous projects inthe fields of solar park construction, solar technology research, solar panelmanufacturing, and inverter development.He has been a lead engineer in the design and construction of small and large solardevelopments ranging from 5kW to 10MW in size and also in specialty projects suchas solar charging stations for electric cars. He has experience in a broad range ofsolar photovoltaic aspects including solar park modeling and optimization, panelefficiency, life cycle analysis, maintenance, safety, and many more. Previously heworked as a researcher on experimental electro-active materials at the UBC molecularmechatronics lab under an NSERC research grant.

Mr. Tschurtschenthaler has a Professional Engineer’s designation, holds a Bachelor ofApplied Science in Integrated Engineering from UBC, and was the recipient of theAPEGBC Honors Achievement Award for showing the greatest promise in hisgraduating class.

Nicole Wood – Chief Financial Officer.Mrs. Wood C.G.A. holds an Honors of Commerce in Business and her professionaldesignation as a Certified General Accountant in Canada. Over the past 15 years, Mrs.Wood has acquired a full range of accounting and financial management experience inseveral industries such as resources, technology and investment companies, all of whichwere publicly listed on Canadian or US Stock Exchanges. Prior to this, she had workedher way up to Vice President of a Canadian Mercantile Investment Banking Corporation.

Bill Richardson has earned a reputation as aglobal troubleshooter, negotiating the release of hostages, American servicemen andpolitical prisoners in North Korea, Iraq, Cuba, and Sudan. The Governor has also beencalled upon to assist in critical negotiations with North Korea and the Sudan. He has beennominated four times for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Lorne Mark Roseborough – DirectorMr. Roseborough currently is Chairman of CleanGen Inc. and director of SunvaultEnergy Inc. and Daystar Technologies Inc.

Mr. Roseborough previously held the position as a Start-up Lead Executive for DowCorning’s $1.2 billion Semiconductor plant in Clarksville, Tennessee. Mr.Roseborough was a director of EPOD Solar Inc. from October 10, 2007 to January 8,2010. He also held management positions with EPOD Solar from 2003 and waspromoted to Vice-President and held that position from June 30, 2008 until July 30,2009.

From 1992 to 2003, Mr. Roseborough worked at Belkorp Industries, Inc. where hewas Vice-President of Manufacturing having direct responsibility for the operationsof three pulp and paper mills and one small oil refinery. These operations hadapproximately 350 employees and $300 million in revenues.
