2004 Alkaloids Alkaloids U 0600 Conicamin, a Novel Histamine Antagonist from the Mediterranean Tunicate Aplidium conicum. — Together with two known alkaloids, the novel alkaloid coni- camin, (I), is isolated from the hydrophilic fractions of the methanolic extract of A. Conicum. Conicamin exhibits an antagonistic effect of a non-competitive type toward histamine receptors.
