When you log in please click on the ‘Meeting’ tab then ‘Manage My Settings' and complete the ‘Audio Setup Wizard’

For ‘Technical Support’ during the session click on the drop down arrow in the chat pod and select Steven Parker – this will send a private message to him

You should hear this in your headphones

Select Logitech USB Headset

Click record to check sound then stop and play to ensure you hear it

in your headset

Click on the test silence tab

then next

Click on the test silence tab

then next

Almost done just click on the (advanced) settings tab

Click next

Select Headphones from the pick list & click OK

Click finish and your good to go

When your microphone is enabled you will see this icon next to your name hold down the talk button while talking
