H oeks tra getting him self deeper into trouble andindicated he felt he had been abu sed by the chu rch. Upon fu rther ques tioning by Rev .H oeks tra as to what he m eant, he then u sed fou l langu age and continu ed to m akeharass ing and threaten ing comments . Rev . H oeks tra adv ised he was not going to speak toh im an ym ore.O n Febru ary 6, 201 I, Rev . H oeks tra appeared at the chu rch for a S unday serv ic e.Follow ing the serv ice, M r. C onnell again continued his in tim idating langu age this tim e toa number of m embers of S t. S im eon's congregation. Rev . H oeks tra attem p ted tointerc ede and M r. C onnell confronted him . H oeks tra abou t the other members of the chu rch who arc inleadersh ip pos itions making threatening and ins inuating phone calls . C onnell's behav ior had becom e sodis rup tiv e that m any m em bers of the cong regation felt intim idated and threatened by Mr.C onnell's p res en ce an d behav io r.In fu rther su pport of th is Petition, Ronald M ichaud has been the treasu rer for the S t.S im eon 's Epis copal C hu rch. S im eon's Episcopal C hu rch .O n February 6, 2011 Mr. M ichaud was app roached again by M r. C onnell and ac cu sedM r. M ichaud of running the former treasu rer ou t of the chu rch. T his had been the fou rthor fif th tim e that M r. C onnell had confronted him . O n th is occas ion M r. C onnell was verythreaten ing and intim idating . T his behav ior continu ed to es calate and M r. C onnell'sac tions towards M e M ichaud becam e more blatan t and aggress iv e. M r.
