Project Schedule and Milestones for December 2015

Dear Valued Customer,

Greetings!

Hope you are having a good month with the weather becoming pleasant. We started this month by paying

homage to the brave men who served this country followed by the 44th UAE National Day Celebrations.

Let us get a quick update of your project.

Construction update

We have casted our 9th and 10th Floor Residential Roof Slab. The works are ongoing for the Service Floor

Slab.

The Block Work and Partition works is ongoing on the 6th and 7th Floors.

The MEP team have completed 2nd and 3rd floor works and are now working on the 4th and 5th Floor.

We will be starting with the Tiling works in the next week. Our Tiles are delivered already.

We have also scheduled the delivery of all orders like Lifts, Light Fittings, C.P and Sanitary Fittings and

AC Equipment in the 1st quarter of 2016.

Sample Flat

Our Architect from India visited last month. He meticulously saw every detail of the sample apartment

and has given us finer points for the enhancement of the flat. We are incorporating those final

changes and are pleased to inform that the sample flat will be furnished ready by this month.

Marketing Update

We are proud to present your Sunshine Logo This will be the exclusive logo for Sunshine

Residences and will be extensively used for the project.

On 30th November 2015, Dubai Land Department – Dubai Real Estate Institute invited us for their Open

Day as one of their speakers for “ Dubai unique Developments and Projects” and we made a

presentation on “ Affordable Housing – The Pillars of Affordability”. Also we have received the Initial

Approval from Dubai Industrial City and Dubai Municipality for our pilot project on Affordable Housing-

Sunbeam Homes. The project now is in Tendering stage.

Project Schedule Overview

All the agencies are working in co-ordination and our project is on schedule to be completed by December

2016. Our next payment of 20% will be due now. Kindly consider this as a pre intimation for the next

payment. We will be in touch with you on the 1st Week of January 2016 regarding the payment details.
