Greetings

Hope you are keeping safe in this rough weather. Sun will soon to be at its peak this summer months so as your Sunshine Residences. It’s about time now to update you with the latest accomplishments done at site. On the side of it, I hope you have seen the Dubai World Cup Carnival on television or witnessed it personally at Meydan. It was a spectacular event. Dubai really knows how to visualize, market and execute a World Class event. Let us now update you with our March 2015 Bulletin.

Construction Update

Since our last update the work is moving as per the schedule and we are steadily in a position to come above ground by the time we will write our next bulletin to you.

Horizontal and Vertical Water Proofing Completed

We have updated you last time that our Horizontal water proofing has completed. Now we have also completed our vertical water proofing and this completes our water proofing works.

1st Basement Raft Works Completed

We have informed you last time that the 1St Basement Raft is the biggest pour that we will have to do. We have poured 2,800 cubic meter of concrete last 18 March 2015 and the work went on for 24 hours. Enclosed are the photos for you.

1St Basement Columns Completed

Following our Raft concrete we have also finished the 1st Basement columns.. We have a total of 30 columns in the building.

Ground Floor Slab on going

We are fast moving to complete out Ground Floor slab by 3rd week of April.

Crane Installation

This month we have also completed our crane installation. We highly appreciate the courage and skills of the technician who installed the crane. We commend their professionalism and expertise in this breathtaking and dangerous work. This installation will also help enhance the pace of the work.

We will be in touch with you gain by the end of this month. Our 4th Slab is expected to be completed by the month of June, That is when our next payment will be due.
