PRE ENROLMENT 2019

DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FOR PRE ENROLMENT :

A) i) For the students passed out in 2018 and years before Original University Degree with Apostille with respective Xerox (also if the student has already obtained the DOV, a copy can be submitted at the pre enrolment)

ii) For the students passed out in 2019 Provisional Degree with Apostille with respective Xerox

iii) for the students appearing for IMAT exam or who just concluded std. XII in 2019 but have not received final XII CERTIFICATE

Completion certificate from the respective educational board with Apostille with respective Xerox

B) Mark sheet OR Transcript with respective Xerox;

C) Two passport-size photographs (white background mandatory);

D) Two original Pre-enrolment forms duly filled but not signed, as signature will be requested in presence of consular officer at the Consulate (http://www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/moduli/2019/FORM_A bis.pdf);

E) Passport and two photocopies of the first and the last page of the aforesaid document.

All these documents are mandatory

If provided by the Italian University, please present the admission letter

Students are requested to submit personally the documentation to the Italian Consulate by taking appointment through VFS

Instructions for booking an Appointment:

1. Click on the link above

2. In the Appointment login page click on NEW USER and enter "email ID" and "password"

3. After successful registration L O G I N with your details

4. After login click on S C H E D U L E AN APPOINTMENT

5. Select the application Center as " Consulate General of Italy" and select visa category as " STUDENT P R E - E N R O L M E N T "

6. As the new window opens click on ADD APPLICANT and register your details

7. Select D A T E in the calendar and confirm the T I M E slot.

8. PRINT the letter of appointment (to be carried to the Consulate for security reasons)
