Has 32 years of various experiences with 9 first years in site construction projects & other 23 years of
experience in project management field and in 1998 established “RS Management Consulting
House” to become one of the first consulting companies’ specialist in the Project Management,
Construction Project Management and Portfolio Management managing complex industrial and
housing construction projects with reputable clients in Egypt and the Middle East delivering our services
from the feasibility study phase, throughout the tendering phase and during execution till the close out
and hand over phase.
Delivering multiple management services covering the contract administration, tender management,
claim and meditation management, planning and scheduling, cost control and document control, in
order to ensure project delivery as per agreed objectives.
He is an Instructor in the American University in Cairo “AUC” teaching all Project Management
Subjects for the different project management courses (Project Planning, Project Management
Program, Project Management Professional and the International Project Management).
Assigned a joint venture contract with The American University in Cairo AUC for IPMA preparation
course. In addition of being the main instructor, Eng. Reda Sabry designed and prepared the course
material. This course was scheduled to start quarterly since mid of 2004.
Assigned a joint venture contract with The “Université Francaise d’Egypte “Centre for Continued
Education for PMP preparation course since October of 2007.
Obtained his “DBA” Doctorate of Business Administration from “Paris School of Business” for a thesis
of “Calculate Top Management Performance From Companies’ Economic Value Added” which has

Obtained IPMA‐PPMC “Programme and Portfolio Management Consultant” Certificate from VZPM
http://www.vzpm.ch/en/pm‐consulting a Swiss International project management association to
become the second consultant over the world, and the first one in the Middle East, since June 2014.
Participated with International Project Management Association in reviewing of ICB ‐ IPMA
Competence Baseline Version 4.0, the 28 IPMA conference held on 28th of September 2014 in
Rotterdam, to be one of few selected international project management consultants to review and edit
this latest international standard.
Was the consultant of Kuwait Society of Engineers under the management of Eng. Talal El Qahtani to
assist them getting the IPMA body of certification during 2005 – 2007, guiding them in the accreditation
process, in designing the exams and addition to submit preparation courses.
Trained 51 kuwaitian engineers to prepare them for the first Sustainable Energy Conference of
November 2009, where he submitted a project management workshop in Kuwait Society of Engineers

Was the consultant of the Engineering Society of Dubai during 2005 under the management of Eng.
Khalil El Husseini to get the accreditation of IPMA body of Certification, but they didn’t complete the
process as another non‐profit organization in Abu Dhabi was in competition to get it instead of Dubai.
