Cutting wires Our cutting wires range it is able to cover a large area of application, including PU foam industry, insulation industry, technical foam, phenolic resin, extruded polystyrene, calcium silicate, rock wool and so one. Cutting wires features: Core composition: carbon steel; Length tolerance: + / - 5 mm; Tension of the wire: depends of the material, and for accurate cuts please set pressure at 1.2 ÷ 2 bar. Please

AUTOMATIC PILLOW PRODUCTION LINE BSF–100 A BSF—100 A it is a fully automatic pillow production line that allow you to transform PSF virgin or regenerated fiber from bales to ready to use pillows, using only one (1) machine operator, and a production up to 250 pc/h. Fiber will be filled into pillow cases in all directions, no empty space left and without after filling arrangement because of smooth surface of pillow cases. Automatic process and weight control.
4. AUTOMATIC PILLOW PRODUCTION LINE BSF–100B BSF—100B it is small size machine with a capacity up to 120—150 pc/h. Loading PSF in fiber opener it is made manually. Fiber will be filled into pillow cases in all directions, no empty space left and without after filling arrangement because of smooth surface of pillow cases. Automatic process and weight control. Only 1 person needed to operate the system.
