Introduction:

Yabyab Alharithy Company Ltd. for Trading, Contracting, and

Oil & Gas Field Services, "YHC" is one of the distinguished companies

in Yemen. It was established in Feb, 23rd

,2008 at Shabwah Governorate

which is one of the biggest Governorates that produce oil and gas in

Yemen. YHC has a long experience in oil and gas services, and civil

construction as well. It has enjoyed continued success in executing and

completing many different projects in such sectors, including

infrastructure projects (highways, roads, reinforced bridges, canals, and

different sorts of buildings).

YHC is critical to the services it provide and the company staff has an

excellent track record and many years of experiences. The staff also are

provided with regular training in health, safety, environment and quality.

The company’s success lies in its ability to train and manage hundreds of

staff to achieve the stringent standards demanded by the customers the

company serve in Yemen.

Although the company was established in Shabwah, its management

has decided to move the company head quarter to Sana'a, the capital of

Yemen, to match the company expanding activities and to enable its

management to be close to the country centennial governorate,

international organizations, and oil & gas companies. Ataq office also

remains necessary as a secondary office for the company management,

especially for civil works.

Yabyab Alharithy Company Ltd. uses some Camps and some

material yards to facilitate the company industrial activities, they are:

1- Auseilan Camp: it is a big camp in Shabwah Gov. Auseilan

District, it contains a huge number of heavy equipments and

vehicles. This facility is in a suit place for the oil and gas

companies working in the area, such as Jannah Hunt, OMV,

Occidental Yemen, and so on.

2- Ataq Camp:It is a big camp also at Shabwah Gov. Ataq City. It

contains the road paving and asphalting equipment, tools and

materials, including a huge rock crusher and asphalt mixture. In

this camp also YHC parking all the heavy equipments that used in

Yemen LNG Pipe Line maintenance.

3- Sayoun camp: It is in Hadramout Gov. at where an another asphalt

mixture, a rock crasher and all road pavement and asphalting

equipment are.

4- Ladwas Camp: It is in Hadhramout Gov.

5- Al-Aeen Camp: This camp uses for call off equipment that is

requested by Yemen LNG. It also used as accommodation for

personnel working in Balhaf, Yemen LNG in case Skelton mode.

6- Hudeidah sea port material yard.

7- Aden sea port material yard.

8- Mukalla sea port Material Yard.
