Download the software • Go to our website www.ritm.ru, in the right top corner
you can choose the english language. • Then go to “Downloads”.• Open the “Сommon software for the set-up of all of
Ritm’s devices”, click on the link and download file.• Then open “A set of drivers for connecting Ritm’s devices
to the common setup software”, click on the link and download this file as well.

Install the software
Unzip archive Drivers, and Install the downloaded Driver (Drivers\CP210x_VCP\CP210x_VCPInstaller_x64 or Drivers\CP210x_VCP\CP210x_VCPInstaller_x32), depending on the version of your operating system:
• Accept the agreement, click next.
Also, you will need to install driver of virtual com port (from \Drivers\ST_VCP\VCP_V1.3.1_setup, or \Drivers\ST_VCP\VCP_V1.3.1_setup_x64), depending on your operating system:
• Same steps: click next, and finish.

Check the connection of the device to your PCOpen the PC manager.
Click on the Device Manager and look at COM ports. Port for RITM USB is called “Silicon labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM4)”.
Please remember the number of your com port, it will be important in the future.

Open the configuration wizardRun the downloaded configuration program from the file, it will look like this:
In the right bottom corner you can choose the language.
After that, for the first time, it may be neccessary to download the latest version of the software.
Here you can choose your COM port (use the port which you saw in device manager), leave the “Master code” empty and click “connect”.

Configure your deviceAfter the sucessful connection you will see this page.
If you have an item “Available update”(red color), you should click on it. Then click on “start updating”, you will see updating progress.Next step, you have to go to Global settings, where you can find common information about your Contact GSM-14.

Here you should copy the IMEI of your Contact GSM-14, and check the registration in GSM network.
If you have bad reception conditions of GSM, or SIM card doesn’t work, you will see, that SIM has “No registration in GSM network”.
When you change some setting, you have to click on the “Save changes” button before you leave the current page!
Now you have to configure the GPRS connection.
Go to the section “GPRS parameters” and fill it according to your own settings. You can find out the settings from your GSM provider. Make sure, there is no tick on “Specify APN configuration automatically”.

Next you will have to set up the connection to eu.ritm.ru server.
Click on the Communication channels.
Create two “data” channels. Both of them should use the SIM1 GPRS-online ContactID Connection.
Later on you can make more channels, or change the mode if you need to.
Make sure to put the tick on “OR”; it means, that the SIM card will use second channel of connection, if the first one is not working.
To configure the first channel, type into the boxes of “Connection settings”:
• address dev1.eu.ritm.ru • a port number 9426. • the password – “TestTest”.
To configure the second channel, type into the boxes of “Connection settings”:
• address dev2.eu.ritm.ru • a port number 9426.• the password – “TestTest”.

Configuration of wireless devicesTo connect the wireless sensors or keypads to your device, you will need your Radiosystem on (by default it is already ON).
You can configure it only if you make a new Radiosystem, and the old one will be deleted.
Now you have a default Radiosystem, and if you are sure you don’t need to change anything else, do not change these settings.

Wireless sensorsTo configure the wireless sensors, go to the “Radiosensors” section.
Prepare your sensor to be connected, according to the sensor’s Data sheet, and click “add”.
You will see the process of the sensor being added.

Then you will see your sensor in the sensor’s list.
Wireless keypadTo configure the wireless keypad, go to “Keypads” section, prepare your keypad to be connected, according to the Data sheet of the keypad, and click “Add keypad”

You will see the process of keypad being added.
Afterwards you will see your keypad in the settings list.
The same way, you can add your keyfobs in the keyfobs section.

When you add your radio sensors or keypads, you can see, how they function in the “Radio device map” section.
Go to User codes page.
Here you can write codes to control your areas from the keypad.

GeoRitmNow you are ready to go and register on www.eu.ritm.ru. You can choose the language in the upper right corner. Click on registration button.

After that you will get the e-mail for authorization, follow the link in that email and you will see this page.
Click on the button “Open Monitoring interface”. You can select “Run Object Add Wizard automatically”, or open this wizard later.
Now you should see the main page of GeoRitm interface.

Than click on the plus button to add an object.
Add an object and you will see this page.

Click “Next”.
Here you should put the IMEI, which you took from the settings of Contact GSM-14. Click “Next”.

Click “Next” again
If you see this page, the server now identified your Contact GSM-14. Click “Next”.

Here you can give a name for your object and add it to the group. Every object should be in one of the groups. You have 2 default groups: Vehicles and Real Estate, you should choose Real Estate.
After that click “Next”. Your Contact GSM-14 is ready to work. You can give Coordinates, or Address to your device, and you will see it on the map.

You can click on the image of your Contact GSM-14 on the map and see the events, general report and object’s card (you can open it from the left menu as well).

When you will open object’s card, you can choose the “equipment” section and under the picture of Contact GSM-14 you will see the link “Setup a device”. It will open the same wizard of settings of your Contact GSM-14, but you can now configure it without USB connection with your PC.
