Principal’s News On behalf of the students and staff I would like to wish all the best to our Year 12 students who start their Trial HSC this week. This year we chose to have the exams run more like the actual HSC with our HSC Presiding Officer, Mrs Eileen Wilson, overseeing the exam period. Last week the school submitted its annual NCCD data. The collection of information about students with a disability enables schools, education authorities and governments to better understand the needs of students with disabilities and how they can be best supported at school. An information sheet is attached within this newsletter. Interviews for our new Mathematics teacher are being held this week and I would like to thank Mr Tim Wright for being our parent representative. Over the coming weeks/term there will be several other positions across the school to be filled including administrative and classroom teachers. Tomorrow we will be holding our annual subject selection evening for Year 8 into 9 and Year 10 into 11. We look forward to welcoming both students and parents to this important COVID compliant event.
