Unlike most professionals, you may not have the opportunity to meet me until after you hire me. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. 5 Tips To Speed Up Your Home Inspection

22. Confirm that water, electric and gas service are on, with gas pilot lights burning.

23. Ensure pets won't hinder the inspection. Ideally, they should be removed from premises or secured outside. Tell your agent about any pets at home.

24. Replace burned out bulbs to avoid a "Light is inoperable" report that may suggest an electrical problem.

25. Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and replace dead batteries.

26. Clean or replace dirty HVAC

air filters. They should fit

Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and its a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We really enjoy helping our clients in this process. Customer service is our highest priority.

What I Inspect We will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.

As Certified Professional Home Inspectors, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.

Outside the home, we will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then we will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.
