What is the QMF?• The IT Quality Management Framework (IT QMF) defines the

organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, and resources for implementing quality management within IT.

• The IT QMF defines a single way of working across the global IT organization by harmonizing current approaches found in AZ’s IT Control Framework (ITCF), MedImmune’s Governance System Framework (GSF), and other quality management systems used within IT.

• The IT QMF portal surfaces the single source of the truth for achieving one way of working and enables IT’s strategy of customer focus, operational excellence, and simplification.
