Our groups music video will be about a relationship

that is jeopardised by the male wanting to be free ‘li

ke a bird’ and not tied down in the relationship with

the girl. The video will consist of narrative and perfor

mance, the narrative will be in colour while the perfor

mance will be in black and white. For the first 16 seco

nds of the song we will see the camera panning across

to the performer before the lyrics start, slowing introd

ucing him but not showing him in full (for example acr

oss eyes but not showing full face). As the song contin

ues we will then be introduced to the girl and the boy

together. We will then introduce the dancer but see ve

ry little of her at first while the boy and girl become m

ore intimate as the video goes on.

Audience range from 13 – 25 Relates to them in their personal life they will then buy his music. His songs aren’t targeted at people in relationships or people that are single so everyone can relate to it. He has collaborated with other artists such as drake, his fans will become fans of The weeknd. Audience profie:This is Mervede, she is our model target audience. Mervede is 17 years old, she attends harrow college and she is currently looking for part time work.. Mervede shops at her local retail stores such as, JD, Topshop, H&M. She enjoys time out with her friends, going to the cinema to watch the latest films and eating at local restaurants such as nandos. The type of music mervede listens to is varied, she likes artists such as The Weeknd, Frank Ocean and Kendrick Lemar but also at the same time listens to older artists such as Tupac and Biggie Smalls. (MERVEDE EDIT THIS AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE I JUST KINDA MADE IT UP AS I WENT ALONG LOOOL AND PUT MORE ARTISTS THAT ARE A DIFFERENT GENRE MAYBE? is removed. (like in he video we showed

sam with the people on he floor except we

wont be on the floor)We will be shooting in the drama studio at

our college, this is a good resource as we

have complete control and can black out

the room and creating any lighing effects

we need.
