June 2018 Step by Step Activation Guide

Step 1: For new Ultra Activations, Log in to UltraAgents.com Click on the Activations Tab For Ultra Classic or Multi-Month Activations you will need to enter a valid SIM card to continue

Step 2: The SIM will be verified and you will be taken to a Personalize Your Plan Page You will see the Classic /Single Month and Multi Month plans displayed Enter the Zip code required and select the plan Select the Language and Press Activate to continue

Note: Adds ons for Multi-Month plans (UpData, UpIntl and UpGlobe) can only be purchased after initial activation

Step 4: Enter the customers Information to continue

Instant Spiff!! If a customer chooses a single month plan, you will receive the 1st month activation Spiff instantly if payment is made via authorized TSP on all activations (qualified 2nd and 3rd month spiffs will be paid to Retailer by MA standard commissions process) Full Upfront Instant Spiff on Multi-Month Plan Activations!! If a customer chooses a multi-month plan, you will receive the full activation Spiff (1st, 2nd & 3rd month) instantly if payment is made via authorized TSP. Other RTR options are NOT available for Multi-Month plans. If a customer pays for a Multi-Month Activation with a Credit Card the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month Spiff will be paid in one payment by MA via regular schedule (so August Activation would be paid in October)

Funding a Multi-Month Ultra Activation with VidaPay/ T-Cetra Select the VidaPay/T-Cetra button Select the Launch VidayPay Button A window will appear - Log into your VidaPay/T-Cetra Account In this case as it is a Multi-Month $19 plan so $57 for 3 months. You can see you will receive the Instant Spiff for all 3 months - $5+$5+$5 = $15 all upfront! Submit to fund and complete the activation.

Funding a Multi-Month Customer for 6 months Once you’ve completed the activation flow and funded as noted above with your TSP, you can fund your customers account with a SECOND Multi-Month Plan using the appropriate Multi-Month SKU via your TSP. In this example we activated a $19 Multi-Month plan and added a second 3 Month $19 SKU. These funds will be applied to the customers account and you will now notice the Recharge Status will change from ‘Recharge Now’ to ‘Next Recharge Paid’

Your customer can log into the Ultra Customer Portal (https://my.ultramobile.com/account/summary) and see the Recharge status will now indicate ‘Recharge Paid’ This confirms the SKU was added and the customer will now have 6 months of service on their Multi-Month plan. NOTE: It is highly recommended to use the Multi-Month Plan SKU for funding the future recharge vs. adding to the customer’s wallet. Wallet funds are open to use with Ultra-Up (Data/Roaming/International) or for paying International call rates that are not covered in Ultras 75+ Unlimited Destinations. If used for any of these products, this would likely prevent the customer’s account from recharging due to insufficient funds being available at the time of recharge. With cases like this the customer would be required to add additional funds to recharge their plan which would defeat the original intent to automatically future recharge. Wallet funds show as a balance under manage subscriber or via the customer’s account portal however “Recharge Paid” will not be indicatedIf you add funds to the Customers Wallet you will see the balance under manage subscriber or via the customer account portal.

Funding a Multi-Month Ultra Activation with a Credit Card Select the Credit card button Enter the Credit card details and select Fund Now to complete the activation. Multi-Month activations funded via credit card Retailer will receive all 3 months (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in one payment from their Master Agent

Double your Residual with Auto-Recharge Residual is paid on Ultra Mobile Classic Activations Plans $19+ MRC following initial Activation Amount. Retailer Residual is 3% and an additional 3% Residual if customer is put on Auto-Recharge at time of activation – for a total of 6%. If Activation is funded by Credit card check the ‘YES’ to Enroll in Auto Recharge button during the activation If Activation is funded via epay, T-Cetra if IAS, Access the customers account via Manage Subscriber on UltraAgents.com. Add the Credit card and check the ‘YES’ to Enroll in Auto Recharge button. NOTE: This must be done straight after funding the activation via a TSP in order to receive the 6% lifetime residual.

Activation History: Type of plan your customers are activated on will display in your activation history

Manage Subscriber: You can view your customers plan details via Manage Subscriber: With a Multi-Month you will see:

• When their current month ends • When they are paid till • Next recharge is Paid

A Multi-Month customer can only change plans at the end of the Multi-Month Billing period. A change can be future processed via Manage Subscriber. The change date will be the ‘paid thru’ date. You can add any of the Ultra Up Options (UpData, Up Intl, Globe Unlimited or UpRoam) to Multi-Month customer’s lines by selecting the appropriate button under the “Subscriber Actions” section. Note: Multi-Month $49 plan will not display the UpData add on as the plan has Unlimited 4G LTE Data included.

Classic Single to Multi-Month Plan change If you have a customer on an Legacy (Old Ultra Plan) or current single month plan that wants to switch to a Multi-Month plan This change request can be future processed via Manage Subscriber.

• Select Manage Plan • Select the required Multi-Month Plan

Note: Legacy plans will have a note indicating they are a legacy plan. Once they change this plan they cannot revert back to it.

• Continue and select Start of next Billing Period

• The New plan will be future dated to start after current plan expires.

Summary of General Classic Single & Multi-Month Plan Change Rules All Plan change requests can be scheduled in the portal however the effective plan change date will follow:

• All Single-Month plans Current Classic or Legacy Classic moving to a LOWER MRC Current Single-Month Classic Plan will need to wait till their next bill period to change their plan.

• All Single-Month plans Current Classic or Legacy Classic moving to a HIGHER MRC Current Single-Month Classic Plan can Either:

o Wait till their next bill period to change their plan, or o Change Immediately. Customer will need to pay the difference between the plan MRC. The Bill

period/Renewal date DOES NOT CHANGE (The difference between the current included international calling credit and the new plan's included international calling credit will be applied to the account. The customer's data plan will also be upgraded immediately. Both are good for the remainder of the billing period.)

• All Single-Month Plans Current Classic or Legacy Classic moving to a Multi-Month plan will need to wait

till their next bill period to change their plan.

• All Multi-Month Plan Changes will need to wait till their ‘Paid -Thru’ Date to change their plan Irrespective of whether customer wants to swap to a different Multi-Month or a Single month plan.

Ultra Flex plans to Multi-Month Plan change If a current Ultra Flex Customer wants to move to the new Multi-Month Plans, They will need a new SIM. The activation will be processed as a ‘Port’ into Ultra Classic Multi Month. Note – If they are the Parent in a Flex Family, or an individual Flex User they will loose any unused remaining line credits left in their Flex Plan.
