The method used in this research is the analytic associate with total respondents Acute myocardial infarction patients were 24 respondents, who were taken with consecutive sampling method. Data collection of data held on 25 February 2013, using a research instrument of observation and questionnaires. The answers were tabulated and scored, then data processes through the editing process, coding, scoring, tabulating, and then add data using the formula P= after the data is analyzed using Spearman's test row with the help of computers using the technique of SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution Version Windows 16). Based on the research the relationship between the intensity of chest pain with anxiety levels in acute myocardial infarction patients in the ICCU General Hospital Dr. Iskak Tulungagung in 2013, found that the majority of the 24 respondents experienced severe chest pain accompanied with a controlled level of severe anxiety, as many as 11 respondents (46%) or almost half of the total respondents jumplah. From the results of statistical tests Spearman Rho at get P = 0.000 < α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, it me there is relationship between the intensity of ches pain with anxiety levels in acute myocardial infarction patients in the ICCU General Hospital Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Year 2013.
