J&L Paint: Jake Davis, John Higgins, JC Jones, Leon Gibson & Chris Mariscal provided quality work while being safe and doing a great job with communicating hazards & housekeeping on every job @ B-43, B-52, B39 & B-62.
Miken: B-1500 Crew safely & successfully built & removed a scaffold @ PS column in the B-1500 block. This crew was cooperative and had a good safety attitude.
Brand: Insulators & Scaffold working @ B1900 Throx showed good safe & productive craftsmanship.
Brand: Painters working @ A2400 did an excellent job and completed work safely.
Brand: Ervin Woodard and Crews did a great job communicating & ensuring scaffolding wasn’t an issue during the turnaround.
Brand: OC-5 Turnaround crew provided good communication on headcount & scheduling needs as well as monitoring jobs to be ready to insulate equipment.
Brand: B-8400 T/A Crews worked hard & had a great attitude while performing their job safely.
Brand: Amber Smith & Jessica Symonds immediately identified & reported a leak (Level 1 release) on the PDC Bottoms piping.
Brand: Scaffold crew @ Power 9 HRSG escalated a scaffold concern & Dow welcomed the input and followed up on it.
Brand: Insulators did a great job on the Shutdown with both urgent & planned work to keep ahead of schedule and got the job completed safely.
Brand: Scaffold crew @ B-7200 effectively assisted maintenance in revising, building & tearing down scaffold when needed and completed the job safely.
Brand: Job well done @ OC-600 on the F-3 Recoil and the work was done without incident.
Brand: Brand Metal Shop workers who fabricate metal in the shops does a great job with quality & time while completing work safely.
CH2MHill: Randy Graves performed a quality job safely and worked very hard to maintain schedule @ the LHC-9 Site.
Total Safety: Employees helped with the traffic control during the clearing stage and the LHC-7 (B72) turnaround. They did an excellent job by maintaining the flow of traffic safely.
