• 21 Jun 2005: Call for Proposals• 30 Nov 2005: Deadline for submission• 29 Nov 2005: Application sent to DG Environment• 20 Mar 2006: Invitation to revise / specify the application• 18 Apr 2006: Revised and specified application sent off• 26 Sep 2006: Grant Offer Letter sent to IIASA by DG• 02 Oct 2006: Offer Letter signed by IIASA sent to DG• 19 Oct 2006: Countersigned copy sent to IISA

• Project Start: 01 February 2007• Initial Payment (40% of grant) transferred to IIASA

Contractual Status of EC4MACS

Passing on the 40% initial payment as soon as possible

Preconditions:

1. Consortium Agreement to be accepted and signed by each partner

2. Financial records for Feb / March to be sent to IIASA by end of April

3. Financial information form completed by each partner
