018 CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE 2018

RÉSERVATIONS : Toute location ne concerne que l’établissement sélectionné ; elle ne peut être trans-férée sur un autre établissement proposé par RESA-SOL. Toute location est nominative et ne peut en

aucun cas, être cédée ou sous-louée. La location ne sera effective qu’après signature du contrat, versement d’un acompte de 25% sur le montant de la location globale à déduire de votre facture de séjour et 40 € de frais de dossier non remboursables (pour les séjours entre le 23/06/2018 et le 25/08/2018), le tout retourné à notre bureau dans un délai de 8 jours maximum, le solde étant payable intégralement au 1er juin 2018 (pour toutes réservations après le 1er juin 2018 la totalité est à payer à la signature du contrat). Le non-paie-ment du solde à la date convenue entraînera de plein droit la nullité du contrat sans mise en demeure préalable.La location ne devient effective qu’avec notre accord. Dès réception du contrat et du règlement, un accusé de réception vous sera délivré. Il devra être présenté lors de votre arrivée à la réception de l’établissement réservé; le numéro de la location ne sera donné qu’à titre indicatif sans garantie sauf souscription de l’option choix de la location garanti lors de la réservation. Du 23/06/2018 au 25/08/2018, les réserva-tions s’effectuent pour une période de 7 nuits minimum, 10 ou 11 nuits (arrivées et départs les mercredis, samedis ou dimanches). Pendant ces périodes, les réservations peuvent se faire en week-end (2 nuits minimum) ou à la nuit selon nos disponibilités après accord écrit de notre part. Le montant du séjour sera calculé d’après les dates mentionnées sur le contrat de location : aucune réduction ne sera consentie pour un départ anticipé ou une arrivée tardive. Tous les tarifs sont établis sur les bases des indices économiques, évolutions des disponibilités & investissements du groupe : ils sont suscep-tibles d’être révisés à la hausse ou à la baisse, en fonction de l’évolution de ces paramètres. (TVA 10%) Photos et plan non contractuelsANNULATIONS : ATTENTION : Au cas où vous devriez retar-der votre arrivée ou annuler votre séjour, veuillez nous en aviser le plus tôt possible et par écrit (les messages télé-phonés ne sont pas admis). Si aucune information ne nous parvient, l’emplacement devient disponible dès le lendemain 12 h, il pourra être attribué à un autre client ; le paiement intégral des prestations demeure exigé à titre de dommage et intérêts. En cas d’annulation, il vous sera retenu ou vous resterez devoir : a) Les frais de dossier et d’assurance. b) À titre d’indemnité de rupture de contrat : un montant égal à 25 % du coût intégral du séjour, si vous annulez avant le 1er juin 2018 et un montant égal ou total du séjour, si vous annulez après le 1er juin 2018 ou si vous ne vous présentez pas à la date d’arrivée prévue. ASSURANCE ANNULATION : Une assurance annulation facultative est proposée dans votre contrat de location. Les conditions figurent sur notre site internet.CONDITIONS DE LOCATION : Pour des raisons de sécurité et d’assurance, il est interdit de dépasser le nombre d’occupants prévu par type d’hébergement. Le gestionnaire de l’établisse-ment refusera toute personne au-delà de la capacité prévue. Le locataire s’engage à respecter le règlement intérieur de l’établissement dont il déclare avoir pris connaissance. Les animaux sont strictement interdits à l’intérieur de la loca-tion exceptés dans les locations spécifiques. MINEURS NON ACCOMPAGNÉS : Les personnes mineures pourront effectuer un séjour à condition d’être accompagnées d’une personne majeure, d’être munies d’une autorisation parentale et d’avoir fait signer le contrat de réservation par un de leurs parents ou responsable légal ARRIVÉES - DÉPARTS : À l’arrivée les locations sont disponibles à partir de 16 h et jusqu’à 20 h maximum. La libération de la location le jour de départ ne pourra dépasser 10 h. Les emplacements devront être libérés avant 12 h. Au-delà, une journée supplémentaire sera factu-rée. Tout campeur ou locataire est tenu de se conformer aux dispositions du règlement intérieur de chaque établissement. CAUTIONS : Pour les locations de mobil-homes, cottages, bungalows, chalets et appartements, une caution de 200€ est demandée à l’arrivée pour couvrir les éventuels dégâts du locatif, ainsi qu’une caution supplémentaire de 95 € pour couvrir d’éventuels frais de nettoyage en fin de location. Au plus tard la veille, vous devrez prendre rendez-vous à l’accueil pour l’inventaire de départ. La location devra être rendue en état normal de propreté ; à défaut la caution de 95 € sera retenue. Tout objet cassé, perdu ou endommagé au cours du séjour sera facturé. En cas de départ en dehors des heures normales et si la location est rendue en bon état, la caution sera renvoyée par voie postale dans les meilleurs délais.ANIMAUX : Les animaux doivent OBLIGATOIREMENT être tenus en laisse, porter un collier, être tatoués, vaccinés, pos-séder un carnet de vaccination et déclarés à la réception. L’accès des chiens de 1ère catégorie (chien d’attaque) et de 2nde catégorie (chiens de défense) sont strictement interdits dans les établissements (arrêté Ministériel des 30/06/1992, 22/01/1985, 06/01/1999). Veillez à ce que leurs besoins soient faits en dehors des établissements. DROIT À L’IMAGE : Lors de votre séjour vous êtes susceptibles d’être pris en photo ou filmés sur notre site. Nous pouvons éventuellement utiliser ces photos ou ces films à but commercial ou publici-taire sauf si vous signalez par écrit à la réception dès votre arrivée votre opposition à cette pratique.ACCÈS CAMPING : Port du bracelet du camping obligatoire.ACCES ESPACE AQUATIQUE: bermuda de plage interdit; LITIGE : Toute réclamation éventuelle concernant la non-conformité des prestations par rapport aux engagements contractuels doit être signalée par écrit (LRAR) au gestion-naire de l’établissement concerné ou à RESASOL dans les 30 jours suivants la fin du séjour. En cas de litige, seul le tribunal de commerce de DAX est compétent.

RESERVATIONS: All rentals only concern the se-lected establishment; they cannot be transferred to another establishment offered by RESASOL. All rentals are in your name and may not, in any case,

be transferred or sub-let. The rental will not be effective until you have signed the contract, including payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount which will be deducted from your holiday bill and €40 non-reimbursable administrative fee (for stays between 23/06/2018 and 25/08/2018, all to be sent to our office within a week maximum, the balance being due in full on 1st June 2018 (for all rentals after 1st June 2018 the total amount is due on signing of the contract). Non-payment of the balance by the agreed date will result, by right, in cancelation of the contract without prior warning.The rental does not become effective until approved by us. On reception of the contract and payment, a receipt will be sent to you. It must be presented on your arrival at the recep-tion of the reserved establishment; the number of the rental is given only as an example without guarantee unless you have subscribed to the guaranteed choice of rental option at the time of reservation. From 23/06/2018 to 25/08/2018, reservations are for a period of 7 nights minimum, 10 or 11 nights (arrivals and departures on Wednesdays, Satur-days and Sundays). During these periods, reservations can be made for weekends (2 nights minimum) or by the night only with our written approval. The cost of the stay will be calculated according to the dates given on the rental con-tract: No reduction will be given for an early departure or a late arrival. All rates depend on the economic index, on the evolution of the disponibility, and on the investment of the group. Therefore, they might increase or decrease depending the evolution of those settings (VAT 10%) Photos and plans are not contractual.CANCELLATIONS: NOTE: In the case where your arrival will be delayed or you must cancel your stay, please advise us as

soon as possible and in writing (telephone messages are not acceptable). If no information is provided to us, the rental will become available from 12 noon the next day for re-letting to another customer and the entire payment for the services remains due as damages and interest. In the case of a can-cellation, you will still be charged or be responsible for: a) The administrative and insurance fees . b) As a penalty for breaking the contract: an amount equal to 25% of the entire cost of the stay, if you cancel before the 1st of June 2018 and an amount equal to the entire cost of the stay if you cancel after the 1st of June 2018 or if you do not arrive at the expected date.CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Optional cancellation insurance is offered in your rental contract. The terms and conditions appear on our web site.RENTAL CONDITIONS: For insurance and safety reasons, it is not permitted to exceed the permitted number of occupants for each type of lodging. The management of the establish-ment will refuse all people in excess of the stated capacity. The renter agrees to comply with the internal regulations of the establishment and declares that they are aware of them. Animals are strictly forbidden inside rentals except for spe-cific rentals.UNACCOMPANIED MINORS: Minors may stay on condition that they are accompanied by an adult, in possession of writ-ten parental authorisation and their contract was signed by one of their parents or a legal guardian.ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES: On arrival, rentals are available from 4pm and up to 8pm maximum. The rental must be vacated on the day of departure no later than 10am. Pitches must be vacated before 12 noon. After this time, an extra day will be charged. All campers and renters are required to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations for each establishment. DEPOSITS: For rentals of mobile homes, cot-tages, bungalows, chalets or apartments, a deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any possible damages to the rental, as well as a supplementary deposit of €95 to cover any possible cleaning charges at the end of the rental. No lat-er than the evening before, you must make an appointment for the departure inventory. The rental must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness. If it is not, the deposit of €95 will be retained. Any object broken, lost or damaged during the stay will be billed for. In the case of departure outside normal working hours and if the rental is returned in good condition, the deposit will be sent by post as soon as is possible.ANIMALS: Animals must OBLIGATORILY be kept on a lead, wear a collar, be tattooed, be vaccinated, posses a vaccina-tion record and be declared at reception. Access of dogs in the 1st category (attack dogs) and 2nd class dogs stricktly forbid-den to the establishments (Ministerial order of 30/06/1992, 22/01/1985, 06/01/1999). Please make sure that their needs are satisfied outside the establishment. IMAGE COPYRIGHT: During your stay, you may be photographed or filmed on our site. We may possibly use these photographs or films for commercial or advertising purposes unless you indicate your opposition in writing at reception on arrival.CAMPSITE ACCESS: Wearing of the campsite bracelet is obligatory.ACCESS TO AQUATIC SPACE : Swimming shorts are forbid-den in swimming pool.DISPUTES: Any possible claim concerning the non-conformity of the services with regard to the contractual commitments must be indicated in writing (registered letter with return receipt) to the manager of the establishment concerned or to RESASOL within 30 days of the end of the stay. In the event of dispute, only the commercial court of DAX shall have jurisdiction.

RESERVAS: El término “todos los alquileres” sólo afecta el alojamiento seleccionado; no puede ser transferido a otro establecimiento propuesto por RESASOL. Todos los alquileres son personales y no

pueden en ningún caso ser cedidos o subarrendados. El al-quiler se hará efectivo después de la firma del contrato, el pago de un anticipo del 25% sobre el total de la estancia, a deducir de la factura global, y el pago de 40 € de gas-tos no reembolsables (por estancias entre el 23/06/2018 al 25/08/2018), la totalidad de la suma devuelta a nuestra ofi-cina en un plazo de 8 días como máximo, y el saldo a pagar en su totalidad el 1 de junio de 2018 (para todas las reservas el 1 de junio de 2018, la totalidad del importe se paga la firma del contrato). La falta de pago del saldo a dicha fecha supondrá la nulidad del contrato sin previo aviso. El arren-damiento se hará efectivo sólo con nuestro consentimiento. Tras la recepción del contrato y su liquidación, se emitirá un recibo. Deberá presentarlo a su llegada a la recepción del establecimiento reservado; el número del alquiler sólo tie-ne valor orientativo sin garantía, salvo cuando se utiliza la opción de elección en el momento de hacer la reserva. Del 23/06/2018 al 25/08/2018, las reservas se realizan para un periodo mínimo de 7 noches, o para 10 o 11 noches (llegadas y salidas los miércoles, sábados y domingos). Durante estos períodos, las reservas se pueden hacer el fin de semana (2 noches mínimo) o de noche, dependiendo de la disponibilidad en caso de que haya acuerdo escrito por nuestra parte. La cantidad se calcula a partir de las fechas indicadas en el con-trato de alquiler: no se aplicará ningún descuento por salida anticipada o llegada tardía.Todas las tarifas se establecen en base a índices económicos, su evolución y su disponibilidad y la inversión del grupo : son susceptibles de ser modificados, a la baja o a la alta, en función de la evolución de estos parámetros. (IVA 10%)Las fotos y la distribución de los alojamientos no son con-tractualesCANCELACIONES: Advertencia: si usted debe retrasar su llegada o cancelar su estancia, por favor avísenos lo antes posible y por escrito (no se aceptan los mensajes telefónicos). Si no nos llegara ninguna información, la ubicación estará disponible el mismo día después de las 12 horas, y podrá ser asignada a otro cliente; el pago total de los servicios será requerido en concepto de daños e intereses. Si se cancela, le será retenido o deberá pagar: a) la tasa de procesamiento y los seguros. b) Indemnización por incumplimiento de con-trato: una cantidad equivalente al 25% del coste total de la estancia si se cancela antes de 01 de junio 2018 o la tasa total de la estancia si se cancela después de 01 de junio 2018 o si usted no se presenta a la llegada.SEGURO DE CANCELACIÓN: Se ofrece un seguro de cance-lación opcional de su contrato de alquiler. El gerente del establecimiento denegará la aceptación de cualquier persona que supere la capacidad permitida por el diseño. El cliente se compromete a respetar las reglas del establecimiento, las cuales declara conocer. Los animales están estrictamente prohibidos dentro del alojamiento, excepto en lugares específicos. MENORES NO ACOMPAÑADOS: Está permitida la estancia de menores de edad siempre y cuando vayan acompañados de un adulto, con permiso de sus padres y cuando los padres o el tutor legal haya firmado el contrato de reserva.LLEGADAS Y SALIDAS: La llegada se realizará desde las 16h hasta las 20h como máximo. Debe abandonarse el aloja-miento antes de las 10h del día de salida. Las parcelas deben quedar libres antes de las 12h. En caso contrario, se le cobra-rá un día extra. Los campistas o clientes deben cumplir obli-gatoriamente el reglamento interno de cada establecimiento.PRECAUCIONES: Para las casas móviles vacaciones, cabañas, bungalows, chalets y apartamentos, se realizará un depósito

de 200 € a la llegada para cubrir posibles daños del alquiler y un depósito adicional de € 95 para cubrir un posible suple-mento por limpieza al final del contrato de arrendamiento. A más tardar el día anterior, tendrá que acudir a recepción para realizar el inventario final. El alojamiento debe estar en el estado de limpieza inicial, en caso contrario, se retendrá el depósito de 95€. Se cargarán las roturas, pérdidas o daños durante la estancia. En caso de que la salida se realice en ho-rario normal y si el alojamiento quede en buenas condiciones, el depósito será devuelto por correo tan pronto como sea posible. MASCOTAS: Las mascotas deben permanecer atadas con correa, llevar un collar, estar tatuadas, vacunadas, tener las vacunas al día y deben estar declaradas en recepción. ESTÁ PROHIBIDO el acceso a los perros de primera categoría (perros que atacan) en los establecimientos y perros de 2° categoria son prohibidos (Orden Ministerial de 30/06/1992, 22/01/1985, 06/01/1999). Asegúrese de que hagan sus necesidades fuera de los establecimientos. DERECHOS DE IMAGEN: Durante su estancia, es probable que sean foto-grafiados o filmados en nuestro sitio. Posiblemente Podemos usar estas fotografías o estas películas con fines comerciales o publicitarios a menos que de aviso de su oposición a esa práctica en recepción a su llegada y por escrito.ACCESO AL CAMPING: Es obligatorio llevar puesta la pulsera del camping.ACCESO AL ESPACIO AQUATICO : Pantalón corto y short de baño está prohibido en las piscinas.LITIGIO: Cualquier queja acerca de la no conformidad de las prestaciones con respecto a las obligaciones contractuales debe ser notificada por escrito (correo certificado) al gerente del establecimiento del que se trate o a RESASOL dentro de los 30 días siguientes al final de la estancia. En caso de litigio, sólo el Juzgado de lo Mercantil de DAX es competente.

BUCHUNGEN: Jede Anmietung betrifft ausschließ-lich das ausgewählte Etablissement und kann nicht auf ein anderes von RESASOL angebotenes Etablis-sement übertragen werden. Jede Anmietung ist na-

mentlich und kann in keinem Fall übertragen oder unterver-mietet werden. Die Anmietung wird erst nach Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrags und einer Anzahlung in Höhe von 25 % des Gesamtpreises, die vom Rechnungsbetrag abgezogen wird, plus 40 € nicht erstattungsfähige Bearbeitungsgebühren (für alle Aufenthalte zwischen dem 25.06.2018 und 27.08.2018 wirksam. Der Vertrag und die Anzahlung inklusive Bearbei-tungsgebühren müssen unserer Buchungszentrale innerhalb von höchstens 8 Tagen zugesandt werden. Der Restbetrag für den Aufenthalt ist am 01. Juni 2018 fällig (für Buchungen nach dem 01. Juni 2018 muss die Gesamtsumme bei Un-terzeichnung des Vertrags gezahlt werden). Die Nichtzahlung des Restbetrags am vereinbarten Datum führt von Rechts wegen und ohne vorherige Mahnung zur Unwirksamkeit des Vertrags.Die Anmietung wird erst mit unserem Einverständnis wirk-sam. Bei Erhalt des Vertrags und der Zahlung senden wir Ihnen eine Empfangsbestätigung, die Sie bei Ihrer Anreise an der Rezeption des Etablissements, in dem sich Ihre ge-buchte Unterkunft befindet, vorlegen müssen. Die Angabe der Unterkunftsnummer ist unverbindlich und stellt keine Garantie dar, außer bei Abschluss der Option garantierte Unterkunftswahl bei der Buchung. Für den Zeitraum vom 25.06.2018 bis 27.08.2018 können nur Aufenthalte mit 7 (Mindestaufenthaltsdauer), 10 oder 11 Übernachtungen (An- und Abreise mittwochs, samstags oder sonntags) gebucht werden. Buchungen für ein Wochenende (mindestens 2 Übernachtungen) oder eine Übernachtung können während dieses Zeitraums nur je nach Verfügbarkeit und nach unserem schriftlichen Einverständnis erfolgen. Die für den Aufenthalt zu zahlende Summe wird auf der Grundlage der Reisedaten auf dem Mietvertrag berechnet: Bei vorzeitiger Abreise oder verspäteter Anreise kann keine Ermäßigung gewährt werden.Alle Preise werden festgelegt auf der Grundlage wirtschaft-liche Indikatoren, Veränderungen der Zahlungsmittel und In-vestitionen der Gruppe: sie sind wahrscheinlich nach oben oder nach unten revidiert werden, abhängig von der Entwick-lung dieses Parameters. Die Bedingungen können Sie auf unserer Internetseite nachlesen.MIETBEDINGUNGEN: Aus Sicherheits- und Versicherungs-gründen ist es verboten, die für jede Unterkunft ausgewiese-ne maximale Personenanzahl zu überschreiten. Der Verwalter des Etablissements weist jede Person zurück, mit der die maximale Aufnahmekapazität einer Unterkunft überschrit-ten wird. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, sich an die Haus- bzw. Campingplatzordnung des Etablissements zu halten und er-klärt, diese zur Kenntnis genommen zu haben. Das Mitbrin-gen von Tieren in die Unterkunft, ausgenommen spezifische Unterkünfte, ist strengstens untersagt. MINDERJÄHRIGE, DIE NICHT IN BEGLEITUNG EINES ER-WACHSENEN REISEN: Minderjährige dürfen nur in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen, unter Vorlage einer Einwilligung der El-tern und nach Unterzeichnung des Buchungsvertrags durch einen Elternteil oder gesetzlichen Vertreter einen Aufenthalt in einem der angebotenen Etablissements verbringen.AN - UND ABREISE: Am Anreisetag können die Unterkünfte zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr bezogen werden. Am Abreisetag müssen sie um spätestens 10 Uhr geräumt werden. Die Stellplätze sind vor 12 Uhr zu räumen. Bei Überschreitung dieser Zeiten wird ein zusätzlicher Tag in Rechnung gestellt. Jeder Camper und Mieter muss die Bestimmungen der Cam-pingplatz- bzw. Hausordnung jedes Etablissements einhalten. KAUTIONEN: Für Aufenthalte in Mobilheimen, Cottages, Bungalows, Chalets und Ferienwohnungen wird bei der Anrei-se eine Kaution in Höhe von 200 € für mögliche Schäden an der Unterkunft sowie eine Kaution von 95 € für eine eventu-ell erforderliche Endreinigung verlangt. Spätestens am Vortag Ihrer Abreise müssen Sie sich an der Rezeption melden, um einen Termin für die Übergabe der Unterkunft und das In-ventar am Abreisetag auszumachen. Die Unterkunft muss in einem normalen Sauberkeitszustand hinterlassen werden. Ist dies nicht der Fall, wird der Kautionsbetrag in Höhe von 95 € einbehalten. Während des Aufenthalts zerbrochene, ver-lorene oder beschädigte Einrichtungsgegenstände werden in Rechnung gestellt. Bei einer Abreise außerhalb der normalen Abreisezeiten und einer Übergabe der Unterkunft in gutem Zustand erhalten Sie Ihre Kaution schnellstmöglich auf dem Postweg zurück.TIERE: Tiere müssen UNBEDINGT an der Leine geführt wer-den, ein Halsband tragen, tätowiert und geimpft sein und über einen Impfpass verfügen und an der Rezeption ge-meldet werden. Hunde der Kategorie 1 (Kampfhunde) sind

in den Etablissements NICHT ZUGELASSEN und Hunde von 2. Kategorie (Kampfshunde) sind streng verboten (Ministeria-lerlass vom 30.06.1992, 22.01.1985 und 06.01.1999). Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Hund seine Geschäfte außerhalb der Etablissements verrichtet. RECHT AM EIGENEN BILD: Im Rahmen Ihres Aufenthalts können Sie auf unserem Gelände fotografiert oder gefilmt werden. Wir können diese Fotos oder Filme eventuell zu kommerziellen oder Werbezwe-cken verwenden, es sei denn, Sie teilen unserer Rezeption schriftlich bei Ihrer Anreise Ihren Einspruch gegen eine solche Nutzung mit.ZUGANG ZUR CAMPINGANLAGE: Das Tragen des Armbands der Campinganlage ist obligatorisch.ZUGANG ZUM SCHWIMMBAD : Das tragen von Badesshort ist untersagt.STREITFALL: Jede eventuelle Reklamation bezüglich der Nichtübereinstimmung der Leistungen mit den vertraglichen Verpflichtungen muss dem Verwalter des betroffenen Eta-blissements oder RESASOL schriftlich per Einschreiben mit Empfangsbestätigung innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Ende des Aufenthalts mitgeteilt werden. Im Streitfall ist einzig das Han-delsgericht von Dax zuständig.

RESERVERINGEN: ieder vakantieverhuur betreft alleen het geselecteerde etablissement; deze kan niet overgedragen worden naar een ander RESASOL etablissement. Ieder vakantieverhuur is

op naam, en kan in geen enkel geval worden afgestaan of onderverhuurd. De huur gaat daadwerkelijk van kracht na ondertekening van het contract, de betaling van een aan-betaling van 25% van het globale huurbedrag, aftrekbaar van de totale verblijfskosten, en €40 administratiekosten (niet terugbetaalbaar, voor verblijven tussen 23/06/2018 en 25/08/2018). Dit alles moet binnen een termijn van uiter-lijk 8 dagen naar ons kantoor gestuurd worden. De totale verblijfskosten moeten op 1 juni 2018 voldaan zijn (reser-veringen na 1 juni moeten in hun geheel betaald worden bij ondertekening van het contract). Wanneer de afbetaling niet voldaan is op de overeengekomen datum, zal het contract van rechtswege ongeldig verklaard worden, zonder vooraf-gaande aanmaning. De huur gaat alleen van kracht met onze toestemming. Bij ontvangst van het contract en de betaling zal u een ontvangstbewijs opgestuurd krijgen. Deze moet bij aankomst aan de receptie van uw gereserveerde vakantie-verhuur getoond worden; het huurnummer is ter indicatie, en dus geen garantie, behalve als u gekozen heeft voor ge-garandeerde optiekeuze van de vakantieverhuur bij het boe-ken. Van 23/06/2018 tot 25/08/2018 kan er alleen voor een periode van min. 7 nachten gereserveerd worden, 10 of 11 nachten (aankomst en vertrek op woensdag, zaterdag of zon-dag). Tijdens deze perioden kan er in het weekend gereser-veerd worden (minimaal 2 nachten) of per nacht, naar gelang onze beschikbaarheid, na onze schriftelijke toestemming. De totale verblijfskosten zullen berekend worden op basis van de in het huurcontract aangegeven data: er wordt geen korting gegeven bij voortijdig vertrek of verlate aankomst. Alle prijzen zijn gevestigd op basis van economische index, ze afhangen van de evolutie van de beschikbaarheid en de investering van de groep : daarvoor kunnen ze herzien worden volgende de evolutie van deze parameters (btw 10%)Fotos en plannen zijn niet contractuele.ANNULERINGEN: PAS OP: in het geval dat u later aankomt of uw verblijf moet annuleren, wordt u verzocht dit zo snel mogelijk schriftelijk te melden (telefonische berichten worden niet geaccepteerd). Mochten wij geen informatie ontvangen, zal de standplaats vanaf de volgende dag 12u weer beschik-baar worden, en kan dus aan een andere gast toegekend worden; de volledige betaling van de diensten worden geïnd als schadevergoeding. Bij annulering wordt afgetrokken of moet u betalen: a) De administratie- en verzekeringskosten. b) Als schadevergoeding voor contractbreuk: een bedrag ge-lijk aan 25% van de totale verblijfkosten, indien u annuleert voor 1 juni 2018, en een bedrag gelijk aan of de volledige verblijfskosten, wanneer u annuleert na 1 juni 2018, of indien u zich niet meldt op de overeengekomen aankomstdatum.ANNULERINGSVERZEKERING: In het huurcontract wordt een vrijblijvende annuleringsverzekering geboden. de voorwaar-den staan op onze website.HUURVOORWAARDEN: Om verzekering- en veiligheidsre-denen, is het verboden om het maximaal aantal personen per vakantieverhuur te overschrijden. De beheerder van het etablissement zal ieder persoon boven de capaciteit weige-ren. De huurder zal de huisregels van het etablissement res-pecteren, waarvan hij verklaard kennis genomen te hebben. Huisdieren zijn strikt verboden in de vakantieverhuur, behalve wanneer aangegeven.MINDERJARIGEN ZONDER TOEZICHT: Minderjarigen kun-nen op de camping verblijven, op voorwaarde vergezeld te worden van een meerderjarige, met schriftelijke ouderlijke toestemming, en het reserveringscontract te hebben laten tekenen door één van hun ouders, of wettelijke voogd.AANKOMST - VERTREK: Bij aankomst is de vakantieverhuur beschikbaar vanaf 16u, tot uiterlijk 20u. Op de vertrekdag moet de vakantieverhuur uiterlijk om 10u weer vrij zijn. Standplaatsen moeten uiterlijk 12u weer vrij zijn. Indien later, zal een extra dag in rekening gebracht worden. De kam-peerder en huurder worden geacht zich te houden aan de huisregels van ieder etablissement.BORG: voor het verhuur van stacaravans, cottages, bunga-lows, chalets en appartementen, wordt een borgsom van €200 gevraagd bij aankomst om eventuele schade in de vakantieverhuur te dekken, en nog een borgsom van €95 om eventuele eindschoonmaakkosten te dekken. Uiterlijk de avond tevoren moet u een afspraak maken bij de receptie voor de eindinventaris. De vakantieverhuur moet schoon af-geleverd worden; indien niet het geval zal de borgsom van €95 ingehouden worden. Gebroken, verloren of beschadigde voorwerpen tijdens het verblijf zullen in rekening gebracht worden; In geval van vertrek buiten de openingstijden, en wanneer de vakantieverhuur netjes is afgeleverd, zal de borg-som zo snel mogelijk per post verstuurd worden.HUISDIEREN: huisdieren moeten VERPLICHT aan de lijn, een halsband dragen, getatoeëerd zijn, ingeënt, in bezit zijn van een Europees dierenpaspoort, en aangegeven worden bij de receptie.Honden van de 1e categorie (vechthonden) ZIJN VERBODEN in het etablissement en Honden 2de categorie (vechthonden) zijn ten strengste verboden (ministerieel besluit van 30/06/1992, 22/01/1985, 06/01/1999). Zorg ervoor dat ze hun behoeften buiten de vakantieverhuur doen. RECHT OP AFBEELDING: tijdens uw verblijf kan u op ons terrein ge-fotografeerd, of gefilmd worden. Wij kunnen deze foto’s of films eventueel gebruiken voor reclamedoeleinden, behalve wanneer u schriftelijk bij de receptie aangeeft dat u hier niet van gediend bent.TOEGANG CAMPING: op de camping moet verplicht armband gedragen worden.TOEGANG WATERPARK : bermuda verboden.GESCHIL: eventuele klachten betreffende niet-overeenstem-mende dienstverleningen t.o.v. contractuele verplichtingen moeten schriftelijk gesignaleerd worden (aangetekende brief met ontvangstbewijs) aan de betreffende campingbeheer-der, of aan RESASOL binnen 30 dagen na het einde van uw verblijf. Bij geschillen is alleen handelsrechtbank van DAX bevoegd.
