CHALLENGES
Some schools don’t implement their visions, missions and values because they have low means to improve:• I.C.T Labs• Infrastructures• Modern equipment• Delegation of powers is not yet fully attributed
according to roles and responsibilities.• Peer to peer learning is not yet in primary• Coaching and intervision is not in all schools.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• MINEDUC-REB-VVOB should focus on old buildings financially.
• Coaching, intervention and peer to peer learning should be integrated in all primary schools.
