ATMsAccess your accounts wherever you see the COOP, NYCE, PLUS or VISA® logos at every corner in your neighborhood or around the world. Use your VISA Debit Card to withdraw cash, make deposits at CAP COM ATMs, get cash, or make a purchase and even earn rewards. You’ll get 10 free withdrawals each month if you need to use your debit card at a non-CCFCU ATM (you’ll pay 50 cents per withdrawal thereafter). To find the ATM nearest you, visit www.capcomfcu.org and choose “Locations/ATMs” on our home page. Then, click on “Branch/ATM Locator.”

Cash backSave a trip to the ATM when you use your Debit Card at participating merchants to make a purchase by choosing to receive cash back. To make a purchase with your card, all you need to do is: • Swipe your card and hit the ATM/Debit button • Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) • Or, choose “credit” and sign for your purchases

Make depositsAll branches, except our Colonie Branch on New Karner Road (Route 155), have 24-hour deposit-taking ATMs. You can also mail your deposits to the Credit Union or use a night deposit box at any of our branches. Order deposit envelopes online or ask a Credit Union representative.

You can also make deposits to your CAP COM Federal Credit Union account for free at Price Chopper supermarkets.

On The phOne Contact CenterOur Contact Center is a core convenience that has been available to our members since the beginning. Call us six days a week during regular business hours and one of our friendly, knowledgeable staff members will take care of your banking needs in one quick and efficient phone call. (We also accept calls from a relay service for our members who are hearing impaired.)

Loan by phoneApply for a loan over the phone by calling the Credit Union during regular business hours. For many of our loans, you won’t even need to come in to close!

Touch-24 Bank by phone Our 24-hour, automated phone teller, Touch-24, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose either voice-activated audio prompts or a touch-tone menu to perform account inquiries, transfers, check requests and take care of myriad other transactions over the phone, wherever you are. You can even access information about current rates and hours. For a list of menu options, visit our website, stop by any branch or call to request an information guide.

At your convenienceYour banking is something you can do at your convenience. Just about everything that you can do in one of our branches, can also be done from the convenience of your home or your car.

OnLIne SerVICeSwww.capcomfcu.org Connect-24View account balances, history, check copies and statements. Conduct transfers; make loan payments, transfers and add-ons; view Credit Union VISA® transactions; view or print canceled checks; export your account information to QuickenTM and Microsoft MoneyTM and more. Once an associate has completed the setup, visit the Connect-24 login found on the home page. Enter your Credit Union account number and the password that was given to you by the Credit Union associate who set up your account.

Online SecurityTo ensure the security of your online access, Connect-24 requires you to change your password every 90 days. As an additional line of defense, eSecure-24 is now available to protect you and your account by recognizing your computer and you as the user. If you’re using a computer other than the one you’ve designated as your own, you’ll have to answer the validation questions you set up within eSecure-24 to confirm your identity. Make sure your account information is secure by logging off when you are finished.

Forgotten password FeatureUpdate your password without having to call for assistance. Click on the “forgot password” link located in the Connect-24 login box and answer your validation questions. You’ll be given the option to change your password so that you can proceed with your banking. Reminder: After three unsuccessful attempts to log onto Connect-24, you will be blocked from the system, and will have to use the Forgotten Password feature to reset your password.

User optionsChange your settings and customize Connect-24 for your personal use. Set your password, account nicknames, select your opening page and choose your forgotten password settings.

Mobile BankingAccess your account using your hand-held wireless device. You’ll have real time access to your account history and transactions. Manage your money anytime, anywhere with our free downloadable iPhone App and access to our mobile web solution at www.capcomfcu.mobi. *Data charges may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.

Bill pay & presentmentPay your bills securely within Connect-24. You control when your bills are paid and how much is sent out. Receive, view and manage your bills online with Bill Presentment. To sign up, click on “Payment Manager” within Connect-24. Then “View and pay bills.”

Check imagesTo view your check images online, log into Connect-24 and view your Checking Account history. Just click on the hyperlinked check number in your account history and the check image will appear on your screen. View and print unlimited check images at no charge.

Checks, check registers, stamps and deposit envelopesWe make it easy for you to get the tools you need. Order checks, check registers, stamps or deposit envelopes online whenever it’s convenient for you.

eStatements & enoticesView your account and VISA® statements within Connect-24. Elect to receive notices for non-sufficient funds through ACH or ATMs, certificate renewals, late payment notices and courtesy pay notices online.

FinanceWorks An online money management tool that categorizes and tracks your spending as well as creates and monitors budget goals for yourself. It can be set up to monitor spending on all your

accounts, even at other financial institutions. Log into Connect-24 and click on the “FinanceWorks” button to register.

Funds Transfer* & pay people*Transfer money instantly between your Credit Union account and a brokerage account, an investment account or even an account at another financial institution. Pay anyone with an e-mail address using our online service, POPmoney. *Must meet eligibility requirements. Some restrictions may apply.

iDeposit-24*Deposit checks to your Savings and Checking Accounts from anywhere you have Internet access and gain immediate access to the deposited funds. *Must meet eligibility requirements. Some restrictions may apply.

IrA CenterOpen, manage and monitor your IRA online in our IRA Center. Click on “Online Services” and “IRA Center” to get started.

notifications & AlertsReceive periodic reminders – sent to the e-mail address of your choice – or notify yourself of specific events, such as a check clearing or your balance reaching a certain amount.

rSS UpdatesStay up to date by adding our “Rates” and “News” pages to your RSS.

Scheduled TransfersTransfer money between any Credit Union accounts to which you are linked. Set transfers to occur once, weekly, biweekly, monthly, twice monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually.

Stop payments To stop payment on a check, log into Connect-24 and click on “Stop Pay” in the top navigation on your screen. Then choose the account, check number and check amount to identify the check you wish to stop.

VISA® SerVICeS VISA history and paymentsTrack your CAP COM VISA Credit Card spending online in Connect-24 and make payments.

Verified by VISAProtect your online VISA transactions by creating a unique password to confirm your identity. To register your card, click on the “Verified by VISA” logo.

VISA Gift CardsVISA Gift Cards are also available in all branches.

Online applicationsApply for loans 24 hours a day, seven days a week and receive instant approval if credit qualified. You can also apply for membership or open new accounts online. Click on “Join Now!” or “Apply for a Loan” on our home page. You’ll find other applications under “Quick Links,” click on “Applications & Forms.”

Web and e-mail updates Make sure we have your e-mail address on file so that you can begin receiving our electronic newsletters. Our website is continuously refreshed with updated information about our products and services.
