What’s new? powerJobs Client This is a new, cool add-on for the powerJobs Processor which informs the user if a job has been queued and runs into a problem. The powerJobs Client empowers both the administrator and the user to be more aware of jobs related to their work and react right away in case of job errors. The license is per Vault seat. Enhanced powerGate projects and simplified powerGate quotes We have found that most powerGate projects benefit from the addition of powerJobs and powerEvents since they are key to document publishing and customer specific validations on file check-in. As a result, we bundled the products into one SKU, called the powerGate Client Collection, to facilitate simpler quoting and ordering. SIMPLICITY with LOAD products Feedback has indicated that time-based licensing options were inconvenient and didn’t meet the need for many projects. Therefore, we are offering a single license that is valid for 12 months per project – one source and one target. NEW powerFLC Processor, powerFLC Client Connecting Vault for Fusion Lifecycle has never been easier thanks to powerFLC. What’s new this year is the possibility to extend the powerFLC standard workflows and create own workflows both on the server side as well as on the Vault client side. The powerFLC Client is the simplest way for creating custom workflows and bring so the Vault Fusion Lifecycle integration to a whole new level. Before purchase How does the trial version work? Trial terms vary based on the coolOrange product. Some products are fully functional but limited to 30 days. Other products have no time limit, but have limited functionality.

Can I activate the trial version? Yes, the trial version can be activated with the purchased serial number and becomes fully functional. Can I activate the trial version after the trial has expired? Yes, the activation can be done anytime, before or after the trial period expiration.

Order/delivery/billing How will the software be delivered? The software will be delivered as download only. The software or download link can be found on the coolOrange website. Download the demo version and activate it with the acquired license. Can I have the software delivered on a hardware media like a CD-Rom? The software will be delivered as download only. How long does it take to get the license for the product purchase? You will get the license/subscription usually within 3 business days (business day, CET, excluding public holidays) after your order has been placed. How can I pay for the purchased software? The payment can be done via bank wire, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). The account information can be found on the invoice. What is the payment period? Payments must be settled within 15 days after the invoice date. How can I activate my software? You enter the serial number you received with the license/subscription in the activation window. The activation is done automatically via Internet and can be done anytime. Alternatively, a manual activation via email is possible, which will be processed within 24 hours (business day, CET, excluding public holidays). I ordered but did not receive my licenses yet. Who can I contact? You can send your questions via email to [email protected]. I cannot find my license document. What can I do? You can send your request via email to [email protected]. Your license document will be reissued.

License types Subscription coolOrange products are sold as a subscription. Beyond the purchased period the subscription must be renewed for continued use. Subscriptions can be used during the purchased period in the most current and all former versions. They are supported in the most current and the two immediately preceding versions Example: if you subscribe in June 2019:

Can I align the duration of a subscription to other licenses? Yes, you can align expiration dates of your subscriptions or legacy maintenance plans. Please communicate the desired expiration date. Our licenses always expire on the end of a month. Can I purchase a subscription for several years? Yes, just order the subscription for the desired period. The price will be multiplied. How can I buy an upgrade? Subscriptions can be used for the purchased period. All upgrades within this time are included. Legacy customers with running maintenance plans for powerGate Server have the permission to renew the maintenance plan within the expiration date, according to coolOrange’s terms and conditions available on www.coolorange.com. Will I be informed when my 12 months subscription is going to expire? Yes, you will get several system alerts within 90 days prior to expiration. In addition, email notifications will be sent to the primary contact on file for the purchaser (either the reseller or customer). Please keep email contact information up to date for notification. The expiration date can be found on your license certificate. For any questions or changes please contact [email protected].

Supported lifespan coolOrange products are backwards compatible for at least the two immediately preceding versions, if supported. coolOrange Support shall only be provided for the most current version of a product and the two immediately preceding (full) versions of that product. coolOrange products work as plugins to Autodesk products. The version name of coolOrange Software depends on the Autodesk software they are used with.
