Challenges: Donor Relations

•Promote less circumstantial cooperation, focusing on capacity development and processes aimed at facilitating greater sustainability.

•A partnerships where donors meet the internationally agreed upon principles such as harmonization, alignment, coordination and above all, the recognition of the stewardship role of governments.
