Coopera ve Purchasing is a long-standing program designed to save members me and money. Southeast Service Coopera ve staff consults with members, surveys their needs, seeks and

receives bids for high quality products and services, selects and approves the vendor, communicates pricing and discounts to members, and maintains a website with informa on on vendor products and services for convenient shopping. By partnering with the Minnesota Services Coopera ves, we are able to off er a wide range of contract categories for our members.

Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC)The Minnesota Service Cooperatives is a joint powers organization comprised of statewide educational service agencies. Southeast Service Cooperative works with seven other cooperatives to coordinate statewide purchasing contracts. By pooling purchasing volume and resources, we establish best value contracts for members. Information on MSC contracts is on the purchasingconnection.org website.

Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA)The AEPA is a nationwide group of educational organizations in 25 states working collaboratively to save school districts time and money. The Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC) participates in the AEPA bid process and implements national contracts on a statewide level. SSC members, regardless of organizational size, benefit from lower pricing based on national purchasing volume.
