SYSTEM IMPACT- Collaboration between City / Homeless Providers / HFCA. - Qualitative and Quantitative Evaluation / Learning Community. - The assessment of 1834 families in 2013 has given us a comprehensive picture of homeless and at-risk families needs in Spokane.- Rapid Re-Housing has been effective for many families entering the system.- Housing Inventory doesn’t match needs of the population. - All temporary housing programs have moved to an interim housing model. Serving all families and adjusting service model to fit client need.- Most interim housing providers have integrated rapid re-housing case management into their programs
