Please read through the troubleshooting tips below to ensure you are able to download your new files with ease.

Look for your receipt in your email inbox. When you open it you will notice the names of the resources you just purchased listed for you. Check spam or promotions folders.Click on each of the text links to open in your web browser - choose to download and save to your own computer and remember to take note of where you save your files. I suggest creating a folder to drop them into before you begin downloading.To save on download time and the number of files you need to add to your computer many of the resources in the toolkits and printable bundles are in zipped folders. They will often save directly to your computer files (depending on how you have your system set up). Locate the zipped folder in your computer download files (or wherever you normally save downloads), right click on the folder and choose to 'extract all' or 'unzip'. You will then see them open up as separate PDF documents ready to use.If you do not have an extraction program already installed there is no need to buy additional software - simply use one of the many free unzip tools. I recommend 7-Zip as it is a quick download and works well. You can download it here.

The following are suggestions only - you can of course use the Portfolio Printables in any way you want to!!

1. Watch the quick Tutorial Video by clicking here. A new page will open in your web browser. You will need to be connected to the internet to view the video. 2. Choose the version that suits your needs best - PRINTABLE or DIGITAL. 3. If using the printable version I suggest adding to a display folder so you can add in your own pages as you go to build your book. 4. If using the digital version make sure to first save the portfolio files in a 'Original Version' folder then 'save as' each time you want to use the portfolio document so you never lose your original copy. 5. Try to involve the children in the creation of their learning journal/memory book as much as you can (see tips in video) so their voice shines through! 6. Don't wait until the end of the year then stress out because you need to do 20 portfolios from scratch! Use the documentation, photos and special moments you record throughout the year to add to your book at regular intervals. By the end of the year you should just need to add a few finishing touches and a photo or two!
