Dear Parents,

Online teaching is going to be a part ofthe education system for the nextacademic year and in the future too.

Teachers, Students and Parents shouldbe prepared by upgrading theircomputer configuration, network speedand online skills.

JHPS will be conducting online sessionsfor one week on alternate days to makeeveryone familiar with new teachingmethodology. This will make our taskeasier for the next academic sessionwhich may start in the month of June.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE PROCESS TO JOINTHE SESSION:

1. Kindly install ZOOM on PC (recommended) / ZoomAPP on mobile/Tab from www.zoom.us/download.

2. Students are advised to join the session at leastten minutes before the session time.

3. Students can join the class only if their name,class and section are displayed. (Ex : Sriram – 5B).

4. All the students should be dressed in smart apparel as it is a formal teaching session.

5.Students are expected to maintain the decorumas they would in a Classroom.

6. Students are requested to keep a note book andbasic stationery along with drinking water readybefore the session commences.

8. All the students should turn off their video inthe zoom app. If the student turns on the video,the Teacher has the right to move him / her towaiting room / or block the student.

9. All the participants’ audio will be muted bydefault. However, it is the responsibility of theparents to mute the audio at their end.

10. Parent monitoring is expected while the classesare in progress, but they are not supposed tointervene during the interaction between theteacher and the student.

7. Students should “Pin the teachers Video”.

11. Students are advised not to share their screenwhile the class is in progress.

12. Use hand-raise option when needed.

13. Any doubts can be posted in the Chat box(Good morning, Hi etc., are not allowed). Privatechatting amongst students are strictlyprohibited).

14.The session may be recorded for review andfeed back purposes.

15. If the Student / Parent violates any of therules, we may suspend online classes for thestudent.

16. This session is conducted by Jubilee Hills Public School in collaboration with JHPS, Rampally and Hillside School, Hyderabad.

NoteParents are requested to note that all of us arenew to the online processes and there may besome glitches. We need your support andcooperation in keeping up the morale of the staffand encourage them to come up with more ideasto teach the students effectively online.
