Full control of configuration by your internal staff,

Enables the definition of multiple upload file formats

Easy to use by operators on a daily basis

Offers extensive setup options but they are NOT required to be setup when the feature is not needed for your operation.

Daily Upload Flexibility & Ease of Use

Option to select which type of data records should be included in the generation of the upload file.

Option to select all the data records meeting the criteria of a specific range of data records meeting the criteria

Option to generate upload file based on batch range or based on date range

Option to have multiple upload file configuration saved. When generating upload file, the operator simply has to select the desired configuration

Administrators can use this function to define or change the upload files’ configuration. The following slides will illustrate the options and ease-of-use in the configurator

Upload File Setup – Flexibility and Ease of Use

Option to specify whether upload file should be based on details of the check, coupon, or image

Ability to specify location of the upload file and RTLFiRST offers dynamic naming capability.

All the captured data, system generated information, fillers, and calculated fields are available to be included in the upload file. To select a field to be included simply double-click on that field

This window lists all the selected fields for upload, the order of the field can be changed by using the up and down arrows. Administrator can further define the structure of the individual fields by double-clicking on that field. The next slide will present detailed field configuration options

Option to include file and batch headers and trailers in the upload file as needed for most mainframe applications. RTLFiRST offers ability to add record counters, transmission ID, etc

Upload File Setup – Extensive Field Setup Options

Option to force the length of the field to match upload requirement. This feature also makes it possible for RTLFiRST to accept variable length data fields while your management system may require fixed length values

Option to re-structure the field to accommodate to your main system’s requirement

Ability to substitute value captured by the coupon to values acceptable to your main system. This feature enables you to shield true significance from the public.
