Also, change the division name to match yourcase (The example is for domestic and international.) Revenues (sales) ofeach division determine size of circles. Pie slices, based on profitcontributed by each division are automatically calculated and labeled

    After finishing Step 1, click on the BCG link to the right. Once there clickon the circle. Here you can adjust the size of the circle (the larger the sizecircle, the more revenue that segment earns) as well as move the circle intothe quadrant you desire. Don't worry about the "light green warning" whenadjusting the circles.

    After finishing Step 2, click on the IE matrix link to the right. Thenperform the same task you performed for the BCG. Also, be sure to type inyour company name in the right quadrant according to your EFE and IFEscores. These may be found on the EFE-IFE tab. Don't worry about the"light green warning" when adjusting the circles.

    The template assumes you are using five factors for each dimension (axis)Financial Strength (FS), Environmental Stability (ES), CompetitiveAdvantage (CA), and Industry Strength (IS).
