ILP VisionThe ILP documents students’ interests, needs, supports, course selections, transition strategies and activities, and other learning experiences both in and out of school. The ILP produces a thoughtful program of study and planning guide leading students to proficiency for graduation and post-secondary experiences.

What is an ILP?• ILP = Individual Learning Plan

• ILPs provide students with a road map to the future and a record of the past.

• The ILP is a dynamic tool that maps academic plans, and reflects each student’s unique set of interests, needs, and learning goals.

• Provide resources and support.
