This is a schematical embodiment of the backside of a LENR fuel (powder) single core housing and a method to use powder and H20 within enclosed chambers to create pressurized hydrogen gas. Also this method allows the usage of conventionally compressed hydrogen gas out of a sealed container.

The only subject matter to be disclosed in this presentation is relating to “the reactor kit” and will not divert into the optimization possibilities.

This is simply an experimenters starting point and a teaching tool.

Hardware is defined as threaded fasteners ( bolts – screws – nuts) and fittings usually connect pneumatic or hydraulic conduits releasably and both are intended to fit into holes. These holes are precisely calculated as to “fit optimally” into and inner relationship locking arrangement using multiple variations of “threads”.

This makes devices detachable forming smaller components and adds value to a product. When things are permanently affixed together by either welding or gluing or other same type methods it makes the product more specifically “custom”.

FIG. 14 is an exploded section whereas the FUEL CHAMBER 18. has been moved into place for loading hydrogen. This is accomplished when the GLOW PLUG 16. is tightened to it’s rotational torque value specified.

The SEAL JET 19. is simply a pressed in seal of metal that blocks any H20 from wetting the loaded powder to produce hydrogen gas.

Only after the 19. seal is forced downward by the installation of GLOW PLUG 16. does it allow the two to combine producing the hydrogen gas.

The base plate 2 is the foundation, it can be loaded with H20 and powder in two separate containers which are kept separated from one another. This can be done at the factory of manufacture or at the location of assembly in the experimenters lab.

The holder 17 is torqued to spec first into the baseplate 2. The two o-rings not shown are installed into the mill cut grove where the tank 3 is installed into part 2. The four tank retainers 4 are installed and tightened and shield pipe 10 is slid over tank 3. The four studs 6 are then installed into part 2 stud holes and tightened by hand. The cover 5 is then installed as well as 9 & 7. Nuts 8 are torqued to specification.

Reactor chamber 18 is then slid carefully into holder 17. Glow plug 16 is then installed and torqued to specification. This process moves jet 19 downward into a position that allows water to flow into the hydrogen generator powder compartment as well as forming a gas chamber for pressurization of the hydrogen gas.
