Recruiters

Individuals who seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization

Coordination

Management function to synchronize activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to use resources efficiently

Critical Thinking

Objective examination of assumptions associated with current beliefs to assess their correctness and to validate/invalidate the beliefs

Process of generating creative ideas and solutions through open group discussion

Inductive Reasoning

Mental ability an individual possesses that enables him or her to be sensitive and understand the emotions of others as well as be able to manage his or her own emotions and impulses

The process of enabling or authorizing an individual to think, behave, take action, and control work and decision-making

Psychology theory proposed by Abraham Maslow: people will constantly seek to have their basic needs (sleep, food, water, shelter, etc.) fulfilled first before they fulfill other needs (i.e., self-actualization as the final level)
