ABOUT USThe CORFoundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation formed for the purpose of ‘bridging the gap’ between cancer patients and the accessibility to community cancer care resources. Many people do not realize that insurance, such as Medicare and other third party payors, only cover a portion of the costs related to cancer care. This often leaves the patient and/or their family members struggling to access the funds needed to cover the out of pocket expenses. For many, those funds are simply not available and they are left with no other option than to forego cancer care. This is where the C.O.R. Foundation steps in to bridge the gap. The C.O.R. Foundation is also dedicated to aiding community cancer care professionals in being able to provide the latest in oncologic care.
HOW YOU CAN HELPC.O.R. Foundation has various giving opportunities available, and accepts the following types of gifts:
• Cash (Includes checks and credit cards)• Securities• Life Insurance• Bequests• Life Insurance Beneficiary Designations• Retirement Plan Beneficiary Designations.
