Coral FlexSets™ Provide Flexibility with Distinction

The Coral FlexiCom 5000 and 6000 support a family offull-featured, easy-to-operate digital telephones offered with 6 to 148 programmable buttons. Options include asoft-key telephone and a PC-based attendant console.

FlexiCall. Simultaneously ring your desk telephone and your cellular phone, and transfer calls received by your cell phone back to the telephone system. FlexiCall can ensure you’ll be reached anywhere, anytime.

World-class IP-converged networking. Corporate and branch offices in all corners of the world can communicate and transfer data easily over traditional leased lines or a private network.

Simple programming. Program multiple features on a single button, such as call forward all to voice mail, do not disturb, voice paging, and a visual indicator on the FlexAttendant. To undo the features, simply press the button again.

Automatic Call Distribution. Extensive ACD capabilities, intelli-gent call routing and call management features allow call center staff to provide world-class customer service and supervisors to respond to the center’s ever-changing dynamics.

Lower total cost of ownership. Unlike most telecommunications platforms, the Coral FlexiCom migrates telephones, trunk and station cards, voice messaging, database and common control elements from the smallest system to the largest.

Investment protection. Remarkably, every Coral FlexiCom sys-tem installed since 1987 can be upgraded to ISDN, unified mes-saging, Voice over IP and networking, without having to do a forklift upgrade to the system.

Dual bus architecture boosts reliability by splitting communica-tions into two paths. Every system has a backplane and card connectors on it; if one is damaged, the Coral FlexiCom 5000 and 6000 will continue to function on the other bus.

High busy-hour call-attempts rating means the heaviest traffic will not slow down the Coral FlexiCom 5000 and 6000.

Distributed processing eliminates the single point of failure common in most telecommunication systems today – dropped calls. When a call is made and established between two Coral FlexSets, the Coral FlexiCom 5000 and 6000’s main processor can be removed without dropping the call.

Coral QNet is behind the Coral FlexiCom 5000 and 6000’s power to network remote systems. Coral QNet provides open standards and flexibility for integrating a variety of new applications or devices.
