Craig has broad background with roles in media, corporate
communications and stakeholder management across a range of sectors. Having entered the workforce when generations didn’t have letters attached and keyboards returned real, not virtual sounds, he’s surfed various waves of change and learned a few things about keeping his balance, and capacity to add value, along the way. Energy is now his thing. Particularly of the renewable kind. And he’s looking forward to the challenge of bringing some of that to the task of chairing this forum (with or without an e-bike...).

While you cannot prepare for all eventualities, a strong crisis response strategy will guide you during crises occurrences.
The first half of the workshop focuses on building an effective crisis communication strategy while the second half is dedicated to participatory media training.
