leading companies from India & Middle East. Mr. Hasan has two Bachelor’s Degree one in Science and another

in Engineering a Master Degree in Business Management and various Diplomas & Certificate courses on

Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Quality Management. He is a well-recognized name in the UAE &

Middle East insurance sector. He is an elected representative committee member and Secretary General on the

board of Insurance Business Group (IBG) under the auspices of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry while

serving on the board of various business groups, social and networking organization.

He has 15 years of solid Experience in M&A, Planning, International business management, Finance control,

change management, business transformation, advisory, Strategic planning, budgeting, risk Management,

business partnering. Specialist knowledge in the banking & insurance sector, and heavily covers the area of

Takaful.
