CEPATnet was established in early 2000. As the name of 'CEPAT', our business expands in a quantum leap driven by young and dynamicprofessional employees.

We steadily become one of the prominent players in providing telecommunication solution to the market. Recently, our businessportfolio has been expanding, not only serving corporate segments but also covering residential consumers. The variety of services isconstantly improved every time to give more room for customers to choose services according to their needs.

Currently, we provide Super Metro Fiber Optic Network, Internet Access, Leased Line/IP VPN, VSAT Links, Telephony, Mobile VPN andData Center.

During the last 3 years, we have been developing our backbone network aggressively and completed the construction of Submarine FiberOptic Cables connecting Dumai - Batam - Singapore, backbone network in Java and Sumatera, and access in major cities in Indonesia. OurDense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM) Technology is designed to accommodate at least 10 Gbit capacity (STM-64). Our services havebeen covering across domestic (Java, Sumatera, Batam, Bali, Kalimantan and Sulawesi) and international (Singapore and Hong Kong)areas.

IPLC

Whether for internet access, business data exchange, videoconferencing, or any other form of telecommunications, anIPLC (International Private Leased Circuit) is a point-to-pointprivate line communication between offices that aregeographically dispersed throughout the world. In order tosupport it, Moratelindo offers several cable-systems, namelyMIC-1, BDM, and B3JS.

The MIC-1 (Moratelindo International Cable-system One) hasbeen commercially utilized since January 2008. The submarinecable-system covers the 70km fiber optic link between BatamIsland and Singapore with capacity up to 16 Lambda (16 x 10Gbps).

The BDM (Batam-Dumai-Malacca) cable-system is a 24-corefiber optic link which connects the 330 kilometers Batam andDumai. The connection uses DWDM (Dense WavelengthDivision Multiplexing) technology with minimum capacity of 8Lambda (8 x 10 Gbps) and consists of both submarine andinland cables that branch out to Malacca in Malaysia..The B3JS (Jakarta-Bangka-Bintan-Batam-Singapore) cable-system covers more than 1,000 kilometers in total cablelength which consists of both submarine and inland withcapacity up to 380 Gbps. The development will be ready forservice in November 2012.

The Java-Bali backbone is a full-redundantnetwork in 4-ring form. This 4-core fiber opticbackbone (approximately 2,300 km) covers sixmajor cities and 16 inner cities in the rings. Thesystem is equipped with DWDM technology.

The Sumatera backbone is also a full-redundantnetwork as well. The global access and localaggregate with the international gateway inBatam Island which interconnection to JavaIsland - both inland and submarine cable system.
