Overview of statements

The first section of this report provides a comprehensive breakdown of how the groups of respondents repliedto the statements over the period being compared.

A number represents each of the selected statements. This is the same number that is listed on thestatements at a glance.

The closer the line appears to the edge of the circle the stronger the performance. This graph is designed tohelp you establish how the respondent group have marked each statement over the period for comparison andhelp pinpoint the areas of strength and possible development opportunities. A more detailed analysis iscontained in a subsequent section of the report.

In the example graph above only 2 reports for 1 group are being compared. If for example you were analysing4 sets of reports for 3 groups of people you would be presented with 3 spider charts (1 for each group), witheach chart containing 4 lines (1 for each report).

Statements in detail

The selected statements are represented by a series of bar charts.

Each series of bar charts breaks down each 'respondent group' individually and shows clearly how each groupof respondents have marked that statement over the selected period for comparison. The numbers underneath each column represent the number of the report being used (as in the table ReportsFeatured). In the example above therefore it is a comparison of 1 group over 4 different periods of time. Ifthere were 6 groups over 4 reporting periods you would get 6 bar charts each with 4 columns.
