SENIOR CLUB We welcome back all of our Seniors and hope that everyone
had a good summer. Our Seniors seemed to be glad to “get back to business” while telling stories about their summer. Annual dues ($5) will be collected the first week of October.

We would like to honor our veter-ans by flying a flag in their honor or their memory
on our flagpole. If you have an American flag at home that you would like to lend to the par-ish in memory of or in honor of a loved one, please bring it to the rectory. We will fly it for one month and then return the flag to you. The name of your loved one will appear in the bulletin for the month his or her flag is dis-played.

LECTURAS DEL PROXIMO DOMINGO Primera lectura - Así como el cielo está muy alto por encima de la tierra, así son los caminos y los pensamientos de Dios sobre los nuestros (Isaías 55:6-9).

Adult Choir sings at the 12:30 pm Mass, and rehearses Sundays at 11am in the parish center. Youth Choir meets Mondays at 6:30 pm in the parish center, and sings at the 8:45am Mass. Open to youth (Grade 3 and up.) Bell Choir meets Mondays at 7:30 pm, and “rings” at the 8:45am Mass. Open to adults and children Grade 4 and up. *This group is a won-derful family activity, designed for parents and children to play and sing together. RITE OF CHRISTIAN
INITIATION FOR ADULTS
Adults who are interested in receiving the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist or Confirmation are invited to participate in a faith journey that we refer to as the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults.
Our Adult classes in the faith are held on Sunday morning after the 8:45 AM Mass. Anyone interested in these classes should speak to Fr. West, Fr. Jim, Fr. O'Neil, Deacon Juan or Mr. Lucero at the rectory.
We are anxious to assist you and help you prepare for the sacraments as you deepen your relationship with the Lord.
