Role: Primary Investigator
This research project is intended to impact the counseling profession by helping counselor educators and students to further develop cultural sensitivity and professional skills when working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
This project also can help college counselors become knowledgeable of issues specific to international students by focusing on best practice counseling interventions.
This research project will add to the literature of quantitative designed studies investigating factors related to first-year college students’ adjustment to college.
