    o Evaluate the internal corrosion in various flow streams plant-wide as per requirements by

    utilizing corrosion coupons and probes.

    o Collect and analyze corrosion monitoring data using AMULET software.

    o Depth knowledge of API, NACE and ANSI requirements on corrosion control and

    monitoring

    o Conduct analysis/investigations on corrosion problems and metal failures taking place as a

    result of corrosion and provide effective technical advice/support on corrosion control,

    causes and remedies of failures related to corrosion.

    o Review of corrosion procedures and reports.

    o Review coating and lining procedures for new or deteriorated surfaces.

    o Witness the cathodic protection survey (CIPS & DCVG) and Review the report.

    o Follow-up of corrosion related changes using company management of change procedures.

    o Carrying out Fitness for Service Assessments (API 579) and Remaining Life Assessments.

    o Familiar with basis of Fitness for Service for static equipment/piping (API 579) and

    pipelines (ASME B31G, API 1160, DNV RP F101)

    o Gather the fixed equipment, piping and pipeline technical data.

    o Participate in the RBI team and provide corrosion data, damage mechanisms and corrosion

    loops in order to implement the RBMI software

    o Upload the data to the RBMI software.

    o Prepare and review the plant inspection history.

    o Familiar with API 580/581 Standards and basic RBI Principles, Thorough with Degradation

    Mechanisms including API 572.

    o Prepare short & long term inspection plans for the pressure systems & PSVs.

    o Prepare a deadleg register for offshore and onshore plant.

    o Supervise & ensure that periodic wall thickness & inspection of pressure systems are carried

    out in accordance with the written scheme of examination (WSoE).

    o Use Maximo to schedule & record completion of all track inspections through the use of

    Inspection Work Orders.

    o Prepare inspection plans for vessels, pipeworks, structures, pipelines in line with Tunisian

    legislation requirements, Integrity strategies and RBI studies;

    o Carryout inspection like pressure vessels,coolers, stroage tanks, Boilers ,filters & tower etc

    including pipelines and piping as per API510/570/653, ANSI B31.3,B31.8,ASME Sec VIII.

    o Contribute to the operation of the Quality Control (QC) on site by providing technical

    guidance and expertise in the field of welding and fabrication to meet the requirements of

    international codes/ standards and client contract specifications.

    o Maintain, renew and develop Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure

    Qualification Records (PQR) to meet the requirements of ASME IX, AWS-D1.1, API- 1104

    and other relevant codes and standards.

    o Assist in preparation of method statements and Technical Work Instruction related to

    various welding jobs.

    o Coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports

    o Carry out Internal / external visual inspection

    o Familiar with non destructive inspection methods such as UT, RT, MT, ILI, Phased array ,

    Ferrite Measurement, PMI , In-Situ Metallography , Thermography , Portable Hardness.
