Beter relating unto the death of Pope John II an dhis replacement by an actor, and the lukemia being suffered by President Carter : This Awareness indicates tha tthis tape as being of such an unusual and extreme nature that many entities will wonder at it and will be somewha tshaken .

This Awareness suggests that it is not intended to assist entities in falling alseep or becoming comfortable befor etheir television sets. This Awareness indicates this entity is attempting to awaken the masses and therefore deliver sinformation which does have shocking effect. This Awareness suggests that entities who are afraid of informatio nwhich might affect their future, and who would rather sleep through the potential problems which might arise intheir lifetime, would be better off to continue reading the information from the controlled press, the comic sectio nand the various comic books on the market .

Several CAC members have sent us some recent tapes put out by Dr . Peter Meter. His recent tape contains information that Presiden tCarter has been injected by certain entities with cancer-causing substances . According to Dr . Beter, the President now has two types o fcancer in his body and that the recent newstories on his hemorrhoid problem was a cover-up---that he was really at the hospital gettin gcobalt treatments . Dr . Beter insists there is a vast conspiracy happening in high levels of government and the President is one of th epawns in this game . Would Awareness please varify if Dr . Beter's information on this has any basis in fact ; and, if so, please elaborat eon what is going on .
