BRAIN CAPACITY AND THE 12 STRANDS OF DNA:WILL WE GET ALL OF THEM BACK?

Questioner: (That's true. Thank you for being with us)Milton carries on. This topic concerns brain capacityand evolvement. He writes, Can I assume that most of

mankind uses 10%-15% of its brain capacity because weare not ready to handle instant thought creation such asLet There Be Light. Is this assumption correct?

Cosmic Awareness: There is that which also could beunderstood as the cosmic timing to these matters. Theexperiment was meant to last a preordained period oftime, not time as temporally measured, but in thatconcept that there was a beginning, middle, and an endto the experiment that is dualistic experience. In amanner of speaking, part of the rules and laws for thisexperience needed to be a limitation of the full capacityof the mind, of the ability to create instantly.

Hand-in-hand with this process and this limitation forthe purpose of and having an experience of the nature ofdualism that was required, the 12 strands of DNA had toalso be curtailed, and therefore at this time humanity onthe whole has but the two activated strands of DNA, andyet the 10 are also available and are now being activated.

The 12 strands of DNA are now being activated

There are now humans in physical form who areactivated to the fourth, fifth, and sixth strands of DNA

and this is increasing. When they achieve the fullactivation of the 12 strands of DNA they will alsoincorporate 100% of their brain capacity,which islimited to only 10% at this time.

More and more beings are becoming enlightened andmore self-aware on a daily basis as the planet movestowards that acceleration and evolution of consciousnessthat is the Ascension, and as this occurs, as the activa-tion of the 12 strands of DNA and the increased capacityof the brain moves forward, the ability to manifestinstantly also will increase, but so will the ability tomove beyond the physical state of being that is now

common. Not all are here to activate their full mind andtheir full complement of 12 strands of DNA, but thosewho are, are doing so at this time and this process, asthis Awareness said, and will accelerate as the move-ment towards the completion of Ascension itself movesforward.

Cosmic Awareness: You can indeed assume this andyou would be very correct in your assumptions. ThisAwareness complements the entity Milton Hill for hiskeen understanding and perceptions. To this Awarenessthis indicates a being who himself has already evolvedtremendously, and who is operating at the five and six-strand level of DNA activation and is activating a largerportion of his brain to 40% already.

Cosmic Awareness: The latter is a more accurateperception and understanding. Ascension is an individ-ual affair and thus the onus and responsibility is on eachand every individual to move him or herself in theirthought process and in their level of action towards amore enlightened perspective, a more enlightenedlifestyle. It is true that when there is a collective whohas reached this level of awareness that it will entitlethem as a group to move forward, for they will haveearned this.

Lucifers original companions are also returning in group!

Many of those who are moving forward areeven those who are part of that original division awayfrom God, those who would have been understood andknown as the Fallen Angels.

In terms of the consciousness of those beings, theyhave separated into many, many physical incarnations,

many bodies, many experiences but now are seeking toreturn back into the Body of God, back into the fabric ofthat which is the Ultimate Deity, the Ultimate Knowing,of the Everything and the All. Those who are ready forthis experience are those human beings who activelyembrace the concept of a process that leads to elevated

consciousness and expanded awareness, and that leads tothat process known as Ascension. There are many whoare still having a physical experience and do not wish tomove beyond it, for it serves them well and they are stillengaged in this experience, which is why it will not bethe totality of mankind/humankind that ascends, butportions that ascend, and portions that do not ascend. Isthis clear?

WHY ARE WE SO UNEVOLVED SPIRITUALLYAFTER 250,000 YEARS?Questioner: (Yes, thank you). His last question onthis part is, After 250,000 years, why are we so un-

evolved spiritually? Is it because we rise in culture withthe gong motivations, only to fall to our own decep-tions"?

Cosmic Awareness: In a way, cultures, societies, andcivilizations can also be seen as individualistic in nature,as individual in concept. As individuals, a society mustlearn its lessons and many times it does not. In terms ofthat which is the reincarnational concept: reincarnationserves the purpose of affording that soul the opportunityto learn lessons over multiple lifetimes, and thus acivilization has an opportunity to learn its lesson, and ifit does not it is destined to repeat lessons and that

civilization may reincarnate into another form, anothercivilization that again must learn.

The difference is that within the body of the civiliza-tion those individuals who are available to learn, whosepurpose it is to expand can do so independently of thatsociety. Thus it is that many in the United States ofAmerica are ready to evolve and to move forward,whereas many are not and are content to experience theirreality as it is now or to go even deeper into the nextlevel of the experience and experiment in separation. Itis an interesting concept to think of societies, nations,cultures, and civilizations as individualistic in nature, but

also as collectives as well.

Cosmic Awareness: This Awareness has spoken atlength about the reintegration of the Luciferian energy

back into the God Source. It does not need to makefurther comment on this, but this Awareness does wishto talk of the latter part of this question, for it hasrelevancy. Simply because that entity, that being knownas Lucifer has returned back into the Godhead, does notmean that evil will now be banished and it will nowdisappear. Just because he who was named as the leader

of that group who left the God Force to create thephysical separation experiment and experience is gone,that all else and all will now end because of this, is notso.

Lucifer Remembered and started to Crave Reintegration

What it does represent is that each and every individ-ual must reach that point of self-awareness and self-enlightenment and even perhaps self-remembering of thenature of one's being and) the source of one's being. Inthe case of Lucifer he understood that it was time toreturn, and he started to remember and started to crave a

reintegration into that which is the totality of theEverything and the All. He sought and yearned to returninto and back to the Fabric of God. This can be consid-ered individual in nature and all who were the followersof Lucifer, those who are designated as the FallenAngels, each need to have a similar experience, a similarprocess of remembering themselves and yearning to bereturned back into the fabric of the Godhead.

This also applies to the dualistic nature of this uni-verse, and as the darkness, that which is considered theevil nature, is part of the dualism, and because all isindividualistic in nature, each and every one who has

pledged themselves to separation of an extreme nature,and who has dedicated themselves to a life or lives ofdarkness and evil, must each and every one reach a pointof awareness where they do not need to continue alongthis line. This is indeed the promise that God madeLucifer and all of his followers when this great experi-ment first began: that all will be able to return when theyare ready.

God welcomes the Saint as well as the Sinner

In the meantime that which is the Essence and theGodhead has never abandoned any who have chosenthose extreme lives of evil and darkness. God welcomesthe saint as well as the sinner, and God embraces and

takes back into Its bosom each and every Fallen Angel,each and every being who has strayed, or who has ledthat life of separation and division. God, that which isthe Essence, that which is the God Force, the Fabric ofGod has indeed welcomed the entities of history thatwere known for their evil and wicked ways. In otherwords, as controversial as this may be to many, God didembrace Hitler when he returned back to the fabric ofthe Divine.

God has Now Embraced Hitler

The entity Hitler is seen to be going through tremen-

dous healing for his part in that experiment of divisionand separation, for playing that role, that gait that heplayed. His essence and being is still of spirit and stillof God. God, in the experiment of separating Itself fromItself of allowing some of Us to have that experienceof darkness and separation, never forgot in Itself that thiswas so; and therefore when parts of Itself finally return Itembraces them and welcomes them; again, the Fatherwelcoming the Prodigal Son or daughter upon theirreturn.

Therefore, even though Lucifer returned at a time ofseveral decades back, that which is the Luciferian

experiment of separation, the dualistic experiencing ofphysicality remains in effect and carries on. The entityhimself would be better not to worry about when all ofevil will be removed and wiped out, and he would bebetter off simply worrying about himself and hisendeavors to reach enlightenment and awareness, forthis is how it works: each individual must find the wayfor themselves, and must return to the Godhead and GodSource in their own way and at their own time.

This will help him move through that which is a dual-ity of experience on this plane of existence that showshim that there are dark energies also. He does not need

to focus on them, but he can be aware that the exist,and_h1s choices must definitely support his efforts toachieve spiritual awareness and enlightenment. Whenthis becomes the case, then it no longer matters whenthose evil ones are finally restored back into the Light,for each will return in their own good time, just as hewishes so.
