Help your fellow students find out more about languages and cultures

Work with student ambassadors to plan activities

Meet once a month to plan activities

Attend a training session at SOAS

What do Language Leaders do?

• You will have good communication skills• You will have good presentation skills and be

willing to give presentations (training is provided)• You will be able to manage your time • You will be punctual and reliable• You will be positive and encouraging about the

opportunities open to students• You will share your experiences with students • You will have an interest in languages and/or

cultures, and be willing to evidence this

What do you get out of it?

- Hand in applications- Successful students invited to interview- Language Leaders attend a training day at

SOAS- Language leaders start to plan activities (4 in

total)- 1 activity to be run- Language leaders meet monthly with the

Student Ambassadors to plan further 3 activities
