• Article 3 – Definitions: (a) ‘plant genetic resources’ means those of agricultural cropsagricultural crops, horticultural crops, medicinal plants and aromatics, fruit crops, forest trees and wild flora which are or could be of use in the field of agriculture;
• Article 4 (2) - Eligible actions: All actions carried out under the programme shall … take into account: (b) relevant international processes, developments and agreements, in particular as regards:- the Convention on Biological Diversity,the Convention on Biological Diversity,
- the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture,Food and Agriculture,
