1. Please see memo titled Facility Improvement Project Updates for an outline of the discussion
regarding Goodnoe Elementary School project.
2. A PowerPoint including an update on the Project Budget and Milestone Schedule was presented.
A copy of the PowerPoint is attached to this meeting memorandum. Questions relative to the
PowerPoint should be directed to Doug Taylor.
3. The CRSD met with the Newtown Township Board of Supervisors on Wednesday, October 24,
2012 seeking a waiver from Frost Lane Improvements, Traffic Impact Fees and a Traffic Study.
The Board of Supervisors rendered no decision relative to the Frost Lane Improvements but
required the following by the CRSD:
a. Perform a Traffic Impact Study for submission to the Township.
