Goal- to integrate technology to enhance learning of all students

Three year induction program focuses on the development of teacher technology competencies

At least one technology tool incorporated into each session

Co-planning opportunities and appropriate work time provided to support teachers in integration

Year One

Partnership with Holy Family University Started in 2005 Purpose- to benefit teachers of Council Rock

who participate in the induction program. Induction Program serves as a three credit

graduate course offered through Holy Family University.

Creates greater continuity in the new teacher’s classroom & limits the number of days teachers are out of the classroom.

Teachers earn Act 48 hours as well as three graduate credits upon completion.
